Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team in Greater Noida. The HR Manager will lead manage employee relations, oversee performance evaluations, ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements, and handle various HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain positive employee relationships through effective communication and conflict resolution.
• Conduct and manage employee performance evaluations and provide feedback to improve individual and team performance.
• Administer and enforce company policies, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to employment and HR practices.
• Maintain and update employment records and manage confidential employee information with integrity.
• Oversee office management duties, workforce studies, and performance standards.
• Drive manpower planning, employee development initiatives, and succession planning.
• Manage employee attendance, leave records, and timekeeping systems.
• Address and resolve legal issues related to employment and labor law.
• Manage the organization’s LinkedIn Learning initiative, including communication, platform administration, and employee engagement.
• Oversee program management, ensuring the successful execution of outsourced programs with external vendors.
• Vendor management, including vendor empanelment, legal contracting, purchase orders, and compliance oversight.
• Track and analyze HR metrics, providing insights for decision-making and improvement.
• Manage Learning & Development (L&D) data, including Learning Management System (LMS) entries, program tracking, and L&D analytics.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in Human Resource Management and employee engagement initiatives.
• In-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to HR and talent management.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in tracking and analyzing HR metrics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Capable of working independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• High level of confidentiality and integrity in handling employee information.
• Expertise in office management, workforce studies, and performance standards.
• Proficiency in manpower planning and employee development strategies.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Create & execute strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and opportunities for growth.
Oversee and manage the company's social media presence across various platforms.
Develop engaging and shareable content, including posts, images, and videos, to build a strong online community.
Plan, Create content and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (Instagram, Facebook etc.)
Launch optimized online adverts through Google Ad words, Facebook etc. to increase company and brand awareness
Work in synergies with the SEO, Performance Marketing & Website teams to service the brands worked on
Monitor and analyses the performance of marketing strategies and campaigns.
Provide regular reports and insights to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts and make data-driven decisions.
Collaboration and Networking:
Build and maintain strong relationships with industry influences, partners, and stakeholders.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand alignment across all departments.
Requirements
Experience - 3+ years
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Strong creative and strategic thinking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in using social media platforms and marketing tools.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in creating visually appealing and engaging content
Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
