About the Role
We’re looking for a Demand Generation Lead who can create and manage content that resonates with a US audience. You’ll plan, write, and manage different types of content that tell our story, support growth, and drive engagement. If you love writing, enjoy building content strategies, and can juggle multiple projects, this role is for you.
What You’ll DoContent Strategy & Marketing
- Plan and execute content strategies that align with business and ABM goals.
- Write and edit across formats: blogs, case studies, emails, newsletters, templates, social posts, and landing pages.
- Own the content-driven demand generation funnel from awareness to MQLs to pipeline influence.
- Create and manage gated assets (ebooks, whitepapers, playbooks, case studies) to drive lead capture.
- Engage with clients and experts through content strategies that drive engagement and conversions.
SEO & Content Management
- Manage end-to-end blog workflows, including topic research, keyword planning, assigning content to writers, editing, creating CTAs, and publishing.
- Collaborate with SEO teams and freelancers to ensure all content is optimized for search and published on time.
- Use analytics to measure content performance and suggest improvements.
- Track and optimize content performance based on traffic, conversions, MQLs, and pipeline contribution.
Campaign & ABM Support
- Create and review newsletter content, manage group postings, and track analytics.
- Support ABM and LinkedIn campaigns by providing required collateral.
- Work closely with the Sales and Growth teams to align content with ICP-driven ABM campaigns.
- Support outbound and inbound motions with sales enablement content.
Planning & Coordination
- Own and manage monthly content calendars to ensure smooth delivery across channels.
- Collaborate with design, product, and social media teams to align content with campaigns.
Performance, Quality & Metrics
- Maintain consistent tone, voice, and messaging across all channels.
- Review and approve freelance work, and manage their monthly budgets and invoices.
- Monitor newsletter subscribers and maintain records.
Performance & Growth Metrics (New Section)
You will own and optimize key metrics, including:
- Content-driven leads and MQL growth
- Engagement rates across assets and channels
- Contribution to pipeline and revenue influence
- Performance insights via Google Analytics, HubSpot, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
What We’re Looking For
- 5-6 years of experience in demand generation, content marketing, or SEO.
- Experience creating content for a US audience.
- Strong writing, storytelling, and ABM-focused content skills.
- Comfortable with SEO basics and tools like Google Analytics.
- Strong project and deadline management skills.
- Team player with excellent communication abilities.
Good to Have
- Experience in B2B SaaS or tech.
- Knowledge of social media marketing and paid campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs.
Lead Generation and Outreach:
Identify and qualify leads through various channels, including cold calling, LinkedIn Outreach
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients.
Client Relationship Management:
Establish and nurture relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and present appropriate solutions.
Schedule meetings, presentations, and demonstrations(when needed)
Sales Support:
Assist in the development of proposals, presentations, and contracts. (Basic knowledge of MS Suite)
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies and achieve sales targets.
Reporting and Documentation:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all business development activities, database and client interactions.
Prepare weekly reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market feedback.
