Role Overview:
As a Junior Technical Associate, you will work closely with our product, tech, and growth teams to support projects across automation, AI integration, research tasks, and client delivery. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
Responsibilities:
Support technical implementation of automation tools and AI-enabled workflows.
Assist with setting up dashboards, scripts, or no-code tools as per business needs.
Conduct secondary research, data validation, and technical analysis.
Troubleshoot and resolve basic issues related to software tools or platforms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Growth, Tech, Content, etc.) to deliver project goals.
Requirements:
B.Tech / B.E./ MCA – 2024 or 2025 passouts
Strong understanding of basic programming, data handling, or cloud tools
Interest in automation, AI, and SaaS platforms
Willingness to learn and work in a remote-first, collaborative team
Good communication and problem-solving skills

About the Company
It is a leading company specializing in cutting-edge content management and sales enablement solutions. We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help drive our growth by connecting with prospective clients in the US market.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Outbound Prospecting & Engagement
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients on a daily basis.
- Send personalized emails and LinkedIn messages to engage decision-makers.
✅ Lead Qualification & Nurturing
- Identify and qualify prospects based on their needs and fit for our solutions.
- Maintain consistent follow-ups to nurture leads and move them through the pipeline.
- Convert MQLs (Marketing Qualified Leads) into SQLs (Sales Qualified Leads).
✅ Demo Booking & Sales Pitching
- Schedule high-quality demos daily
- Deliver compelling pitches that highlight the value of Paperflite’s solutions.
✅ Pipeline & CRM Management
- Update and track all sales activities, interactions, and progress in the CRM.
- Ensure accurate data entry to improve forecasting and reporting.
✅ Deal Progression & Closing Support
- Work closely with the Sales Manager to refine outreach and closing strategies.
- Address prospect objections and provide additional insights to support conversions.
✅ Sales Strategy & Performance Tracking
- Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
- Analyze outreach performance and suggest optimizations to improve conversion rates.
✅ Market Awareness & Continuous Learning
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Adapt strategies based on market feedback to improve overall sales performance.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 3+ years in sales, with a proven track record in high-volume outreach.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Sales & Business Development Skills: Ability to identify prospects, nurture leads, and drive conversions.
- Tech-Savviness: Familiarity with CRM systems, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other sales tools.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Work Setup: Must have your own laptop and ability to work independently.
Working Hours
🕗5:30 PM – 2:30 AM IST (Night Shift)
🌍 Fully remote position with the requirement to be available during these hours.

Key Responsibilities:
Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs.
Lead Generation and Outreach:
Identify and qualify leads through various channels, including cold calling, LinkedIn Outreach
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients.
Client Relationship Management:
Establish and nurture relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and present appropriate solutions.
Schedule meetings, presentations, and demonstrations(when needed)
Sales Support:
Assist in the development of proposals, presentations, and contracts. (Basic knowledge of MS Suite)
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies and achieve sales targets.
Reporting and Documentation:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all business development activities, database and client interactions.
Prepare weekly reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market feedback.
Knowledge of CRM tools is appreciated
