The Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to own the full sales cycle, from initial lead contact to final deal closure. You will be the first point of contact for potential customers, acting as a brand ambassador and a trusted advisor. Your primary goal is to understand customer needs, present tailored solutions, and drive revenue growth by converting leads into satisfied, long-term clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Management & Pipeline Coverage:

• Proactively address and respond to all inbound leads in a timely and efficient manner.
• Ensure complete lead coverage by diligently following up with every assigned lead throughout the sales pipeline.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all customer interactions within the CRM to ensure transparency and team accountability.

Sales Execution & Conversion:

• Qualify potential customers through insightful discovery conversations to understand their unique needs, challenges, and buying intent.
• Drive sales growth by converting qualified leads into successful closures through persuasive presentation of solutions, handling objections, and effectively showcasing our value.
• Actively manage and maintain a consistent sales pipeline to achieve and exceed defined sales targets.

Negotiation & Deal Closure:

• Lead negotiation discussions with prospective customers to reach mutually beneficial terms and agreements.
• Ensure all pricing, contracts, and commercial terms are clearly communicated, understood, and agreed upon before finalizing every sale.

Customer Focus & Relationship Building:

• Prioritize customer needs in every interaction, demonstrating empathy, professionalism, and a problem-solving mindset.
• Proactively gather customer feedback to help improve service quality and contribute to building long-term relationships and customer retention.

Multi-Channel Communication:

• Engage with customers through a variety of touch points including phone calls, emails, and text messages.
• Ensure all communication is timely, clear, professional, and aligned with our brand voice.

• Proven experience in a sales or business development role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Strong customer-centric approach with a genuine desire to help and solve problems.
• Self-motivated and disciplined, with the ability to work effectively in a remote setting.
• Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and standard office tools.
