You will be building our Sales team and laying down the foundation for our Sales function and will be closely working with the CEO.
We are looking for a capable and driven candidate to be the voice of Remedico to our customers, manage customer operations, engage our leads and audience across social media, and handle direct digital marketing campaigns. There is also scope for the right person to handle content, including blog post writing and other video / visual content generation. Being a young team, this is an exciting opportunity to wear multiple hats across functions, and help to define the brand to our audience. You would be a founding member of the team, and the right person will be able grow and take a leadership role as we scale. Responsibilities: - Convert qualified leads to paying customers via WhatsApp, social media, and phone (no cold calling) - Run organic social media campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, Snapchat and others - Create engaging content such as blog posts, videos, as well as conceptualise and handle shoots - Handle customer queries and follow problems through to resolution (while liaising with our doctors) via phone call, email, social media and WhatsApp Requirements - Proven work ethic and high levels of enthusiasm - Strong understanding of social media platforms, especially Instagram - Experience with content generation, e.g. graphic design, video editing software is highly regarded - Strong sales, business development, customer engagement, and communication skills - Proficiency in English and Hindi (proficiency in other languages is a plus) - Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills

The Sales Lead Generation Specialist is responsible for prospecting, qualifying and generating new sales leads to support the Enterprise Account Managers. This individual will be a highly motivated, self-starter able to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources including inbound marketing leads, prospect lists, discovery and individual research. A dynamic personality with a drive to reach decision makers is essential! The Sales Lead Generation Specialist is expected to • Develop new business via telephone and mass communication such as email and social media to introduce Vaisansar solutions and identify appropriate buyers within the target market. • Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects. • Conduct a needs analysis and determine prospects pain points to determine how Vaisansar’s white label solutions will speak to those needs. • Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications in order to move opportunities through the sales funnel. • Work with the VP/Director of Sales to develop and grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet quarterly revenue goals. • Manage data for new and prospective clients within CRM, ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate and documents are attached. • Prepare and analyze sales pipeline reports and dashboards. Required experience and knowledge • Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree preferred • 1-3 years telemarketing and/or inside sales experience. • Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed determined sales and activity quotas. • A proven track record of strong client relationships. • Excellent client service skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Technical Experience • Proficient in MS Office products (Excel, Word, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint) • Experience with MS Dynamics or another CRM Software preferred.
