TVFPlay's Product Team is seeking a Product Manager who will play a key role in driving our continued product growth and innovation. As a member of our Product Team, you’ll own product features and drive project execution from start to finish. On a macro-level, you’ll help shape our overall product roadmap and strategy. You should be able to take a concept and lead it to release from start to finish. You should have experience preparing PRDs, mockups, and shipping products. You’re accustomed to creating wireframes, prototypes, and flow diagrams. A good product sense and demonstrating ruthless prioritization on a daily basis to ensure we’re directing our limited time and resources towards the most impactful projects is key. As you’ll be working on features across Android, iOS, Web, and Smart TV platforms, a technical background while not required, would be a plus. Given the distribution of our Product Team, you should be comfortable working early mornings/late evenings in order to collaborate with our California-based Product Team members. WHAT YOU’LL DO Create product development plans and ensure a successful development cycle from start to finish. Play a key role in shaping our overall product roadmap and strategy. On a daily basis, work with the Engineering Team (based in Chennai) and the Product Team (split across California and India) to ensure alignment on underway and upcoming initiatives. Serve as a liaison between the Tech, Content, and Marketing Teams to assist in TVFPlay-related queries that arise. Evangelize product vision to stakeholders and senior management through the presentation, data analysis, and competitive research Closely follow our TVFPlay analytics to identify the biggest opportunities and understand the impact of recent releases on our overall user engagement and growth metrics. WHAT TO BRING 2+ years of product management, engineering, or design experience and/or experience building and releasing web or mobile apps. Bachelor's Degree (MBA a plus) Proven track record of end-to-end product launches. Experience writing clear product specifications and building wireframes. Inspirational communication and presentation skills. Demonstrated experience in working with and motivating technical teams. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and work autonomously. NICE-TO-HAVES Experience with streaming media platforms. Deep understanding of the media industry in India.
