Job description

We are looking for a data-driven and strategic Performance Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize our digital advertising campaigns across various channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, executing, and analyzing ROI-focused campaigns to drive user acquisition, conversions, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, and other performance marketing platforms.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics daily (CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, conversion rates, etc.) to maximize campaign effectiveness.
• Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign strategies to improve performance.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to create compelling ad copy, creatives, and landing pages.
• Develop customer acquisition strategies aligned with business goals and target audiences.
• Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, etc.) to generate insights and make data-driven decisions.
• Manage performance marketing budgets and ensure efficient spend allocation across channels.
• Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, tools, algorithm updates, and best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or growth marketing.
• Proven track record of running successful paid campaigns with measurable ROI.
• Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and other performance tools.
• Strong understanding of online conversion funnels, attribution models, and customer journeys.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
• Familiarity with tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Hotjar, HubSpot, or similar is a plus.
• Experience with eCommerce, SaaS, or B2B marketing (optional, based on your business).

User Experience (UX) Design:

• Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to understand user needs and behaviors.
• Develop user personas, user flows, and information architecture to guide design decisions.
• Create wireframes and prototypes to visualize and test design concepts.
• Analyze user feedback and iterate on designs to improve usability and satisfaction.
• Ensure accessibility standards are met.
• User Interface (UI) Design:Design visually appealing and consistent user interfaces that align with brand guidelines.
• Create high-fidelity mockups and prototypes using design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.   
• Develop and maintain design systems and style guides.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Optimize designs for various devices and screen sizes.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements.
• Present design concepts and rationale to team members and stakeholders.
• Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback.   
• Effectively communicate design decisions and rationale.

Design Process and Tools:

• Stay up-to-date with the latest UX/UI design trends and best practices.
• Utilize design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping software.
• Apply knowledge of interaction design, visual design, and information architecture.

• Handle end to end recruitment activities - starting from job posting, talent sourcing, prescreening, assessment, interview, offer management and onboarding process for the assigned hiring requisition alongside ensuring best in class candidate and Hiring Leader experience.
• Working with members of the senior leadership team, management and candidates to identify and attract talent.
• Handle stakeholder relationships and drive the recruitment processes, which includes talent branding, sourcing strategies and overall recruitment related responsibilities.
• Manage relationships with external resources such as recruiting agencies as needed.
• Regular communication with hiring managers to discuss candidates and drive the recruitment process
• Understand business, hiring leaders’ needs and delivering value by crafting right solutions.
• Execute sourcing strategy and talent pipelining for hiring across all levels to source top talent through social media, job boards, Internet sourcing, and Employee Referral Program & Internal job posts.

• Use a variety of technologies such as JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, RazorUI, FluentUI, React.js, NextJs, TypeScript, C#, .NET Core, ASP.net CI/CD, SQL Server Powershell
  
  
• Collaborate with our product team to identify and implement solutions that bring direct value to our clients as well as with your peers
  
  
• Partner with your peers and stakeholders to ensure the software delivered is of the highest quality

Other skills

• The candidate should be from Computer Science and Engineering / Information Technology background. (Completed course as Full Time)

• 2+ years of practical experience in software development, including designing, building, deploying, and maintaining web applications
  
  
• Experience working with web-based APIs (REST) is a plus
