About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst Lead to lead requirements gathering and business analysis activities for a Visitor Management System (VMS) project.

The VMS is a digital platform designed to register, track, and manage non-employee visitors entering business premises. The solution aims to replace manual/paper-based visitor processes with a secure, standardised, and automated visitor check-in and management workflow.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead end-to-end requirements gathering and business analysis activities.

* Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs, processes, and system requirements.

* Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirement discussions.

* Analyse and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements.

* Translate business requirements into clear specifications for the software development team.

* Identify process gaps and recommend improvements aligned with the VMS objectives.

* Prepare BRDs, functional requirements, user stories, process flows, and other BA documentation as required.

* Work closely with UI/UX, development, testing, and project teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.

* Support requirement validation, UAT, issue resolution, and stakeholder sign-off.

* Ensure requirements remain aligned with project scope, timelines, and business objectives.

Required Skills & Experience

* 7+ years of experience working on software projects.

* Strong experience in business analysis and requirements management.

* Experience leading requirements gathering activities for software/digital solutions.

* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

* Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

* Experience working in Agile/software development environments is preferred.

* Fluent in Arabic and English.

Strong Implementation Project Manager/Customer success manager with B2B SaaS exposure and major KRA as client onboarding

Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have 3+ years of experience in Customer onboarding/ Implementation with at least recent 2+ years in B2B SaaS product companies

Mandatory (Experience 2) –Must have managed end-to-end onboarding and implementation for enterprise customers including requirement gathering, implementation planning, stakeholder coordination, product configuration/setup, user onboarding and training, driving successful product adoption during the implementation phase, resolving implementation blockers, and ensuring a smooth and timely go-live

Mandatory (Experience 3) - Experience coordinating with Product, Engineering, and Support teams to ensure successful customer go-live.

Mandatory ( Experience 4) – Must be comfortable engaging and presenting to C-level executives, Directors, VP-level stakeholders, and enterprise decision-makers, with proven ability to build strategic long-term relationships

Mandatory (Tools) – Must be proficient in HubSpot or similar CRM platforms, Customer Success tools, reporting dashboards, and analytics platforms to monitor account health, customer usage, and engagement metric

Key Responsibilities

Identify and bid on relevant projects on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Guru, and PeoplePerHour.

Write compelling business proposals, cover letters, and client responses to secure projects.

Engage with potential clients, understand their requirements, and provide tailored solutions.

Negotiate terms, finalize contracts, and ensure smooth project onboarding.

Maintain strong follow-ups with leads and nurture relationships for long-term business growth.

Collaborate with the technical team to ensure the successful execution of projects.

Stay updated with market trends and competitors to strategize effectively.

1. Drive uptime to production-grade reliability

• Improve system uptime to 99.9% customer-facing SLA within 4 months
• Define and track:
• SLAs / SLOs / error budgets
• Ensure reliability is measured from the customer’s perspective, not internal metrics

2. Build incident response as a system

• Set up a 24/7 incident response rotation across 3 engineers
• Eliminate dependency on leadership (no single escalation point)
• Define:
• Incident severity levels
• Response playbooks
• Escalation protocols
• Ensure fast detection → containment → resolution

3. Contain and fix erratic system behavior

• Identify and resolve:
• Latency spikes
• Downtime incidents
• Integration failures
• Build guardrails to prevent recurrence
• Focus on root cause elimination, not temporary fixes

4. Create continuous reliability feedback loops

• Work closely with engineering teams to:
• Surface recurring failure patterns
• Improve build quality
• Reduce production bugs
• Ensure learnings from incidents directly improve future releases

5. Improve observability and monitoring

• Build dashboards and alerts for:
• System health
• Performance metrics
• Failure signals
• Ensure issues are detected before customers report them

6. Reduce operational fragility

• Remove single points of failure (people, systems, workflows)
• Improve system resilience across:
• Deployments
• Integrations
• Runtime environments

Python/Django Developer will be responsible for implementing the relevant Server-Side Architecture for a Web Application based on the client's requirement for new and existing products. The primary focus will be on the development of software packages ensuring high quality and ease of usability to requests from various teams.

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Writing reusable, testable and efficient code 

- Design and Implementation of low-latency, user-friendly web and mobile-based applications
