Key Responsibilities

Implement and configure SAP Signavio Process Manager, Process Insights, and Process Intelligence.

Build and maintain process-mining data pipelines.

Perform source-data profiling, cleansing, transformation, and validation.

Create event logs with Case ID, Activity, and Timestamp.

Develop complex SIGNAL and SQL queries.

Create process KPIs, dashboards, metrics, and analytical reports.

Configure integrations between Signavio and SAP/non-SAP applications.

Utilize SAP BTP for integration and data orchestration.

Perform process discovery, conformance checking, root-cause analysis, and process optimization.

Conduct As-Is/To-Be process modeling using BPMN.

Work with business stakeholders and process owners to identify improvement opportunities.

Support SAP transformation and ECC-to-S/4HANA initiatives.
