- Active participation in CMMI Level 5 Ver 2.0 (Services Model) pre-assessment & assessment
- Thorough knowledge in Service Delivery practices in multiple horizontals like Infrastructure, Enterprise Security
- Should start the process definitions, processes, templates, guidelines, and checklists from the scratch to align with the CMMi Level 5 Services Model version 2.0.
- Support for organizational process/workflow definitions
- Contribute/Coordinate process improvement activities.
- Process facilitation for projects/business activities/support functions
- Support for organizational data collection and analysis
- Assistance for organizational tools maintenance
- Promote /Support organizational library (Knowledge Repository)
- Effective/Inspirational trainer for organizational process
Candidate Profile:
- Expert in CMMi Level 5 Services 2.0 model.
- Should have participated as an ATM in at least one CMMi Level 5 Services 2.0 assessment and renewal process
- Experience in methodologies like Agile, Lean, SAFe Agile, Kanban, DevOps projects etc.
- Quality experience in Infra Services and Security services business
- Ability to understand business requirements and to design suitable process.
- Ability to identify gaps/improvement opportunities/risks in existing QMS.
- Knowledge of organizational data collection methods and analysis
- Ability in planning, coordinating, and conducting internal audits.
- Ability in serving business activities/projects as a process facilitator.
- Excellent communications skills
