Qualifications Required: Have 3+ years of experience in a Scrum Master / Agile Coach role, and 5+ years in product or service development. Expertise in Agile and Lean ways of working at project/ enterprise level. Have expert experience in coaching, facilitating, teaching and mentoring. In-depth knowledge of what & how Extreme Programming, Scrum and Scaling agile models. Experience coaching and training individuals and teams in agile principles and practices. Should have worked as Agile Coach in the past. Provide hands on coaching to 2-4 Agile teams simultaneously with in-depth guidance on agile roles, rituals, and artifacts. Hands-on XP engineering practices such as TDD, BDD, CI/ CD, Automation etc is a plus. Capture feedback and continuously improve Agile guidance, training materials and content. Introduction The Automation Manager is responsible for managing the team that provides the Blue Prism automation service. They operate as a conduit between Business and IT leaders to co-ordinate and control the pipeline of new process automations and the ongoing evolution of existing automated processes. Job Specification • Engage with Business Leaders to identify, prioritise and deliver automation of business processes • Liaise with IT leaders to ensure that the serviced, supported and secure technical environment scales in line with Business Demand. • Aid in ramping up the Blue Prism team by working with the Webonise - Auro recruitment team and interview panel • Identify training needs; develop, execute and monitor the training for team members • Own the Framework that underpins the rapid and repeatable delivery of process automation and ongoing scheduling, monitoring and evolution of the automated processes to increase and improve the business benefit. • Own the quality delivery of Blue Prism solutions in accordance with the agreed Blue Prism Delivery Methodology to achieve a consistent high standard of solution to Business Requirements • Where appropriate, delegate responsibility for delivery of individual processes to assigned Delivery Lead • Manage the automated processes on a daily basis to ensure they are scheduled in line with Business Requirements and that exceptions, referrals and system outages are handled appropriately • Understand system and business change cycles to ensure automated processes are proactively amended to reflect changes • Distribute appropriate Management Information to the Business Customers in order that the business benefit and usage can be proactively tracked, monitored and refined. • Provide escalation point for the effective removal of blockers and escalation at all levels • Identify and manage risks and dependencies and effectively manage these across internal departments and Blue Prism as necessary
