The Opportunity: 

Swabhav is looking for developers to work on mission critical systems that deal with the designing and development of APIs.

In this Role, you’ll get to

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• 3-6 years’ experience under your belt developing performance-critical applications that run in a production environment using Node Js, React Js or Next Js, PostgreSQL.
• Experience in full ownership of the systems involved.
• Hands on experience working with CRM platforms, Third party app integrations or Heavy file processing & Restful APIs.
• You understand that different applications have different data requirements.
• Good understanding of algorithms and data structures
• Strong coding ability.
• You are passionate about the craft of software development and constantly work to improve your knowledge and skills.
• Excellent communication skills.

It’s Great If You Have

• Experience with Scrum/Agile development methodologies.
• Experience building products.
• Core engineering infrastructure tools like Git for source control.

Role and Responsibilities-

• Dialing 50-80+ calls and counseling students who have enquired about the product/ services.
• Scheduling free demo lectures for the students.
• Doing post demo calls and closing sales.
• Maintaining a pipeline of all sales administration using CRM software.
• Work on targets and under pressure as this is a hardcore sales profile.
• Flexible to work on additional days and hours.

What we offer you-

Fixed Pay- 2.9 to 3LPA

Performance based incentives-2 to 3LPA

Total Pay- 4.9 to 6LPA

1. Conducting research to find new ways to reach target audiences through social media channels, email campaigns, content creation, etc.
2. Developing strategies for increasing awareness of a brand or product through strategic partnerships with other companies
3. Proposing new initiatives to attract prospects and convert leads as well as testing new approaches to capture existing demand
4. Providing inputs & expertise to drive efficacy of marketing activities (content development and optimization, advertising, etc.)
5. Planning and executing initiatives to reach the target audience through different channels
6. Analyzing data to determine what types of content resonate with target audiences and what types of content do not

• Creating and maintaining digital assets, such as interface design files, wireframes, and interactive mockups using design and prototyping tools: e.g., Sketch and InVision
• Designing, building and maintaining highly reusable JavaScript, HTML and CSS code
• Understanding the limitations of our tech stack and business model and providing technical advice wherever necessary
• Coordinating the workflow between the UI/UX designs, HTML, CSS and backend application logic
• Cooperating with the back-end developer in the process of building the RESTful API

Desired Candidate Profile

• Confidence in working with HTML5/CSS3, JQuery, Ajax, Bootstrap, responsive design
• Expert knowledge of HTML5 and its best practices
• Proficiency in designing interfaces and building clickable prototypes using Sketch, InVision, Axure, etc.
• Knowledge of Git version control
• Knowledge of the command line
• 2+ years experience as a front-end developer
• 1+ year experience as a UI/UX designer    

We are looking for a MERN stack developer with experience in designing and developing the design and development of 

• JavaScript experience
• NodeJS - 2+ years of experience with production-ready applications
• 2+ years of experience with 2 or more UI frameworks (React, Angular).
• React preferred a Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles
• Experience with popular React.js libraries (such as Redux, jest, etc)
• Experience in testing libraries such as Jest, Enzyme, or Mocha.
• Experience in building Progressive Web Apps (PWA)
• Knowledge of Node server, Socket connections, and mechanisms to handle real-time async data
• Experience with Elasticsearch (Lucene queries).
• Experience with API Design
• Experience with DB Design (document and relational databases like Mysql, MongoDB, etc.)
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases, writing queries, etc.
• Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.
• Understanding HTTP/HTTPS protocols

Senior Backend Engineer (Platform) Full Time Bangalore (Potentially Remote)

What you’ll be doing:

• Design and develop core systems that will be power teams to build services and apps
• Ensure and constantly improve reliability, scalability, security and performance of core apis and infrastructure
• Be proactive in technical decision making and a sound influence in technical discussions
• Work with the product teams to help shape product direction by communicating limitations and possibilities
• Adopt and advocate best practices and guidelines in architecture, code conventions, development practice

Who we are looking for:

• 5+ years of experience building web services in Python/Go/Java, preferably in Python with excellent debugging and analytical skills
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles, computer science fundamentals - data structures, algorithms and operating systems
• Proven experience in building, deploying and maintaining highly scalable RESTful web services
• Excellent written and oral communication ability in both technical and non tech. aspects
• Good understanding of benchmarking and performance monitoring - concurrency, multi-threading, logging, database optimisations
• Decent knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and familiarity with shipping code quickly and reliably.
