Business Analyst - Payments Domain

1. Achieving Enrolment targets (End to End sales)
2. Lead generation through cold calling
3. Identifying suspects and prospects.
4. Meeting & Counselling prospective students (mostly working executives in various industries)

Location: Mumbai (Dadar, Thane and Rabale)

Experience: 0-4 Years Inside Sales (Ed Tech is a plus)

Main tasks

• Test preparation (test design, creation of test specifications and test cases for regression tests and tests of new and further developments)
• Sprint-accompanying testing in the Scrum team
• Test evaluation/documentation of the test results
• Cypress testing tool hands-on experience for Automation testing
• Further development of existing test automation processes
• Close cooperation with the SOL business unit and the test departments at other locations

Qualification profile

• Completed degree or comparable training with an IT background
• Affinity and many years of experience in systematic testing of software products
• Excellent ability to work in a team and an independent, structured way of working
• Practical knowledge of the application of test methods and quality management standards as well as test automation knowledge is advantageous
• Fluent in English

• 3+ years of overall application development experience
• 5 years of Java 8, J2EE, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, JPA
• 2 years of Angular 8+, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS
• Expert knowledge of SQL and PL SQL programming with MySQL database
• Strong knowledge of Maven, Junit, Mockito, GitLab, GitHub, and Jira
• Nice to have Docker implementation experience
• Experienced with TDD test driven development and automated unit testing including UI unit testing frameworks
• Expert knowledge of  JSON RESTful web service development
• Experience with code reviews development of coding standards practices improving the quality in the software code
• Ability to work independently, take initiative to ensure efficient and timely resolution of production issues
• Excellent problem-solving design development and debugging skills
• Ability to solve problems using an analytical approach decisive fast moving quick and constructive resolutions of conflicts and a can-do attitude
• Expert knowledge in Agile Scrum practices Software Development and Application Life Cycle Management

Recruitment and Staffing:Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.

Post job openings, conduct interviews, and facilitate the hiring process.

Manage onboarding processes for new hires.

Training and Development:Identify training needs and coordinate training programs.

Support employee development initiatives and career planning.

Performance Management:Administer performance appraisal processes.

Provide guidance to managers on performance improvement plans.

Benefits Administration:Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.

Assist employees with benefits-related inquiries.

Compliance:Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws and regulations.

Stay informed about changes in HR laws and best practices.

HR Policy Implementation:Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.

Communicate policies to employees and ensure adherence.

Data Management:Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.

Generate HR reports for management as needed.

Employee Engagement:Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives.

Conduct surveys and gather feedback to improve workplace satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.

• Knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
