Role and Responsibilities - You will be responsible for the overall success of our products. You will work closely with the VP of Products, the CEO to develop a vision, strategy, and road map for the product. - You will work with the tech leadership across products, data science, and engineering to identify productization opportunities. - Detail out market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by inputs from customer success and sales teams and on-going discussions with customers. - Develop and implement a company-wide go-to-market plan; work with multiple functions to execute it. - Work closely with engineering, design, and data science teams to deliver products that our customers love. - Manage the entire product life cycle from planning to execution: prioritization, release cycles, quality and timeliness of delivery, customer engagement, and feedback. - Clearly identify the value proposition of the product and all its features to help our sales and CSM teams. - Take ownership of product messaging.
