Key Responsibilities:
1. Creative Design & Strategy:
a. Conceptualize, strategize, and execute end-to-end design solutions for all marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand objectives.
b. Develop creative assets including 2D, 3D designs, and motion graphics
(gifs, video edits) across various platforms.
c. Design emailers, newsletters, brochures, social media creatives, ad
creatives, and all marketing collaterals ensuring consistency and

2. Website & UI/UX Design:

3. Brand Management:

4. Campaign Planning & Execution:
a. Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, working in
tandem with internal teams and external agencies.
b. Develop comprehensive communication design strategies for various
digital platforms, ensuring that campaigns are creative, innovative, and
effective.
c. Track and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven
adjustments to strategies and creatives as needed.
d. Lead the creative process from concept to final execution, ensuring
deadlines and quality standards are met.
5. Market Research & Insights:
a. Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs,
preferences, and trends.
b. Translate customer insights into compelling design strategies that

6. Collaboration & Communication:
a. Work collaboratively with the marketing, product, and tech teams to

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
2. 3-5 years of experience in creative design, with a strong portfolio showcasing work across various media including 2D, 3D, video, and digital platforms.
3. Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro), Figma, Sketch, etc.
