Roles and Responsibilities

• Responsible for validating the health of IoT devices.
• Design, implement the test scripts to validate the IoT device functionality
• Monitor and Analyze the large data sets
• Provide support and respond to Product-specific escalations
• Build the system which detects the issues from the large data sets.

Essential Skills

• Minimum of 2 years in device testing
• Automation and scripting experience is plus
• Experience with any DBMS systems i.e. Postgres / Oracle / Mongo DB
• Excellent communication skills (Written and verbal).
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Motivated and natural curiosity in solving problems.
• Strong Ownership

Job Description (UX Designer) -
This position requires the ability to interact closely with our external and
internal stakeholders and contribute to the design efforts for our IoT cloud
platform. You will partner with business and product development teams
throughout the product lifecycle producing top-quality design deliverables and
innovating user experiences for our customers.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate the necessary skills to design elegant,
intuitive and integrated experiences for our customers. Passion and capacity to
interact with and advocate on behalf of our customers is an absolute must..
Responsibilities:
- Design the interface, and interaction flow of web applications
- Develop conceptual diagrams, wireframes, detailed visual mockups and
prototypes.
- Fluency in best practices for information architecture and interaction design
- Develop and maintain detailed user-interface specifications
- Develop process flows, wire frames, and mockups to effectively conceptualize
and communicate high-level design strategies and detailed interaction
behaviors
- Create user-centric designs by considering customer feedback, and usability
findings.
- Use business requirements and customer research to assist in developing use
cases, high-level requirements
- Conduct usability studies and put together detailed, structured analysis of
issues and potential solutions.
- Present design work to the user experience team, product team, and senior
leadership for review and feedback
Basic qualifications:
- 2-5 years of experience as a user experience designer, interaction designer or
similar role
- A portfolio or samples of work demonstrating experience creating user-centric
design solutions
- Experience in designing for the web, preferably for Enterprise products.
- Bachelor’s degree in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or equivalent
professional experience,
- Experience with a variety of design tools such as Illustrator, Photoshop, Sketch, Adobe XD and Framer

Overview:

This is a pivotal position for a dynamic, experienced and motivated individual who will lead initiatives as they relate to Netsuite ERP and other financial systems (if any). Collaborating internally with members of the financial/business functions, external consultants and others teams, this person will be responsible for understanding requirements and translating them into action i.e. perform customizations, resolve user issues, and define processes within NetSuite. 

Responsibilities:

• Perform day-to-day NetSuite operation, maintenance, and support tasks.
• Monitor and maintain the health of the platform, including scheduled jobs, and integrations.
• Write complex queries to support projects and approved reporting requests.
• Develop Reports and Dashboards on Netsuite.
• Develop import templates and perform manual imports when an integrated solution is not an option.
• Convert functional / business requirements into technical NetSuite solutions.
• Work with third party developers to create or enhance existing custom solutions.
• Act as a liaison to NetSuite Support and Advanced Customer Support regarding platform issues.
• Support system enhancement projects, new functionality roll-outs and modifications of existing functionality.
• Perform in-depth tests, including end-user reviews and post-implementation support.
• Train end-users as applicable.

• Maintain proper system access for all roles.
• Provide user support with regard to all aspects of our core systems, including system documentation and training materials.
• Perform regular data audits, check error logs and resolve issues identified.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of NetSuite functionality, customization and integration
• Clearly communicate project status to key stakeholders.

 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, MIS or related field. Relevant work experience considered.
• NetSuite Administrator Certification or 2+ years of NetSuite Administration with 4+ years working in Finance/accounting systems administration experience is required.
• Strong understanding of business processes, with a preference towards Accounting and Supply Chain.
• Proficient with advanced saved searches, reporting, custom forms, custom fields, and workflows.
• Excellent communication, both written and verbal, with all levels of the business.
• Exceptional planning and organizational skills.
• Strong sense for detail, accuracy and problem solving.

• Development of various cloud/web components to ingest, process, transform and visualize data at scale.
• Contribute to algorithm development and automated evaluation for measuring quality.
• Follow engineering best practices (unit testing, continuous delivery etc.)
• Deployment and monitoring of production ready infrastructure

 

Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• 3-7 years strong programming experience in Python/Java .
• Hands on knowledge in at least one MVC and ORM frameworks.
• Familiar with at least one frontend framework i.e. React/ Angular
• Working knowledge of at least one RDBMS or NoSQL database.
• Exposure to Geospatial databases and tools like Qgis,OSM will be a plus
