We are looking for a creative Graphic Designer in the web design space to design and shape unique, user-centric features and experiences. The ideal candidate will have experience working in agile teams, with developers, UX designers and copywriters. You will be able to make deliberate design decisions and to translate any given user-experience journey into a smooth and intuitive interaction.

Responsibilities - 

• Be a great team player, experienced in working with agile teams. Ability to collaborate closely with developers, copywriters and UX designers.
• Create, improve and use wireframes, prototypes, style guides, user flows, and effectively communicate your interaction ideas using any of these methods.
• Present and defend your design decisions. All your design decisions should be based on the overall design roadmap as well as your own design thinking and fundamental principles (i.e. coluor theory, visual weight, etc.)
• Continually keep yourself and your design team updated with the latest changes in your industry’s standards.
• Design graphic user interface elements, like dashboards, tabs and widgets
• Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software like Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Figma etc.
• Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
• Coordinates with internal teams, including marketing, in the design concept phase through completion of a project.

Required Skills - 

• 1-2 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or Graphic Designer
• Portfolio of design projects
• Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g. Wireframe.cc and Balsamiq)
• Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Figma
• Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
• Good time-management skills
• Good to have- Video Editing Skills

Responsibilities:

As a Senior UX Designer, you would be responsible to drive the UX process to deliver high-quality software/product designs and coordinate with the other UX and UI designers to see these designs come to life.

The role involves extensive interaction with the customers to understand their needs and pain points and to be able to show empathy and build designs that exceed the needs.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in human-computer interaction or Design or Fine Art or Architecture or Engineering or IT technical discipline or in place of 2+ years of internship or 1+ years of industry design experience
• Excellent communication, presentation and organizational skills
• Superlative visual design skills, excellent problem solving skills, and the ability to work well in a collaborative team environment
• Understanding of technical constraints, user goals and business requirements that shape a product
• Ability to work confidently with Program Management, Development, Product Planning, Brand, Marketing and Usability
• Proficiency with Figma or Sketch with an understanding of rapid prototyping platforms such as Invision or Principle
• Experience working within and contributing to a structured design system
• Strong organizational skills and an attention to detail
• Additional proficiency and experience in any of the following skills: information visualization, illustration, motion graphics and animation, video, are not a requirement, but a plus
• Expertise in modern research tools such as Dscout, Qualtrics, UserTesting and/or UserZoom
• User Research experience in a complex space such as enterprise, education or other business/consumer tools and applications

• Work closely with the product team to identify research questions.
• Plan and conduct interviews, user surveys, card sorting, and usability tests to understand user needs and find relevant solutions
• Help define and refine user personas.
• Present and communicate insights in order to help shape long-term product strategy.
• Create use cases and flow diagrams, and define information hierarchies.
• Write compelling, user-friendly copy that guides the user and embodies the voice of the brand.
• Design and prototype elegant interactive solutions.
• Work within brand guidelines to create layouts that reinforce a brand's style or voice through its visual touchpoints.
• Collaborate with front-end developers to translate design appropriately.
