The Role

This is a deep, hands-on individual contributor role. You'll be working on the core backend platform - designing APIs, building scalable workflows, hardening infrastructure, and setting the technical bar for the team around you. You won't be managing people, but you'll naturally

raise everyone's game through code reviews, technical guidance, and the quality of your own work. If you thrive in environments with high ownership, low bureaucracy, and genuinely hard problems, this is the role for you.

What You'll Do

Core Platform Development

Design and build reliable, scalable backend systems using .NET Core. Architect RESTful APIs and business workflow orchestration that hold up under real enterprise load. Make considered tradeoffs between correctness, performance, and maintainability.

Cloud & Infrastructure

Own backend services on Microsoft Azure - app services, databases, messaging, storage, and access management. Work closely with DevOps to improve deployment pipelines and infrastructure reliability.

CI/CD & DevOps Collaboration

Support and improve CI/CD pipelines for fast, safe deployments. Bring a production-minded perspective to automation, rollback strategies, and release confidence.

Security & Compliance

Proactively embed security into the development process - secure coding practices, data protection, access controls, and compliance awareness relevant to enterprise financial systems.

Quality & Observability

Set standards for testing (unit, integration, e2e), code review, and observability. You should care deeply about knowing when things break before customers do.

Technical Mentorship

Unblock engineers around you. Share context, raise the quality of code reviews, and help the

team develop good engineering intuition - without needing a management title to do it.

What We're Looking For

Required

• 6 -10 years of backend engineering experience with strong depth in .NET Core.

• Solid understanding of RESTful API design, service architecture, and distributed systems.

• Strong relational database skills - schema design, query optimization, indexing (PostgreSQL or SQL Server)• Security-conscious mindset with practical experience applying secure coding practices

• Ability to operate independently in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment

Strong Plus

• Experience with multi-tenant SaaS architecture and tenant isolation patterns

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure (App Services, SQL, Service Bus, Key Vault, etc.)

• Experience with CI/CD tooling and deployment automation

• Background in financial systems - payments, invoicing, reconciliation, audit trails

• Exposure to event-driven architecture, background job processing,and async workflows.

• Prior experience in a tech lead, staff engineer, or equivalent hands-on senior role.

Technical Skill Set:

1. ASP. NET Development – Strong expertise in C#, ASP.NET, WPF, and solid understanding of SOLID principles, API development, and databases.

2. Cloud Technologies – Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

3. Software Development & Architecture – Proficiency in SDLC, Agile, Scrum, and DevOps frameworks.

4. Project Planning & Management – Experience in task allocation, tracking, estimations, and deliverables management.

Position: Dot Net Developer

Job Title: Junior Software Engineer

Experience: 1 to 2 Years

Key Skills:

• Programming Languages: C# or VB.NET
• Server-Side Technologies: ASP.NET / MVC
• Front-End Technologies: Html5, ES5/ES6/ JavaScript, CSS, jQuery, Bootstrap, Ajax, Web Sockets
• Database: SQL Server

Knowledge on below concepts/technologies is an added advantage

            - Cloud Platforms: Azure / Google

            - NodeJS, Mongo DB

            - Redis, RabitMQ, MQTT, Kafka

            - Concept of Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment

Key Deliverables: Writing codes as per the requirement.

Senior Software Developer will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of software applications using primarily Microsoft technologies, such as .NET. The candidate will work as part of a software development team.

Technical Skill:

1. Excellent knowledge of Vb.Net, C#, .Net 3.0/4.0/4.5, ASP.Net, ADO.Net

2. Experience in developing web applications and web services in Microsoft Visual Studio

3. Good proficiency in CSS, HTML, AJAX, XML and Java Script

4. Experience in developing T-SQL queries, Stored Procedures, Triggers using SQL Server 2008/2012

Requirement:

Extensive experience in all stages of SDLC with strong coding, debugging and analytical skills.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Sound analytical and grasping skills to understand business/functional requirements.

Ability to work independently on assigned tasks and with peers and stakeholders.

Experience: Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in Dot Net.

• Design, develop, implement, test and support new Sitecore 8.2 features defined by business project team.
• Participate in discussions with product owner to refine requirements.
• Work with the rest of the development team, helping where appropriate

• Certified senior or semi-senior Sitecore developer with 4+ years Supporting and Developing Sitecore solutions (must have)
• Senior or semi-senior MVC C# developer (must have)
• 4+ years experience with front end development: javascript, css, HTML. (must have) • Experience with personalization features and xDB with MongoDB (nice to have) • Familiar with secure coding practices - how to prevent SQL injections, Encrypted traffic, etc

• 4-7 years of experience working on .Net Technologies ( Core , C# )

• Write clean, scalable code using .NET programming languages
• Development, maintenance and production support of existing products
• Understand business requirement and come up with design and solution.
• Remain up to date with the terminology, concepts and best practices for coding web and mobile apps

• Strong knowledge of .NET Technologies such as Dot Net Core, C#
• Experience in building API Programming REST-based services and/or applications with Event-Driven Microservices Architecture
• Good understanding of Design Patterns and Principles
• Working knowledge of Relational Database, SQL, and ORM technologies (Entity Framework Core, Hibernate) with extensive DB experience in writing SQL and NoSQL queries, SQL statements / SQL Injection, and Change Data Capture (CDC)
• Experience in test-driven development with experience in writing effective unit testing using XUnit
• Clear understanding on CI/CD pipeline [QA/UAT/PROD environments]
