Job Title: Visual Designer TranZact is looking for a technology savvy and experienced Visual Designer to take up ownership of entire visual and graphic design responsibilities of the company. The role encompasses working with the Co-founders and marketing team to strategise and deliver the best visual experience to our current users and our potential customers. Responsibilities ● Prepare a long term and short term visual design strategy for the company, keeping in mind current user experience and ways to attract potential customers. ● Execute the strategy and ensure timely delivery of projects. ● Communicate our company’s message and positioning through visual and graphic designs. ● Design creatives for blogs, banners, social media posts, digital ads and any other internal requirements to clearly communicate the company's message. ● Work closely with Developers, Product Managers and Product Marketing team to generate graphical and visual content in the products and apps of the company. ● Update and maintain the Tranzact UI Guide and library. Candidate Profile ● Bachelor's Degree (BA or BFA) with 2+ years of visual/web design experience; strong design fundamentals are a must ● Solid understanding of major design applications including Sketch and Invision; proficient in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, XD, Axure or other prototyping tools● Strong UI skills, including user research and usability testing, as well as a demonstrated knowledge of visual design ● History of teamwork and willingness to roll up sleeves and get the job done ● Strong interpersonal and presentation skills; proven ability to influence and communicate effectively Think you’ve got what it takes? Product Manager - Consumer App This role is focused on building consumer-facing applications for Myrsa. You will be responsible for conceptualizing and building user experience across apps/website, dashboards and evolve these to include mpower & vbooku. You will define and manage all critical user journeys and conversion funnels across apps/website be responsible for launch and change management of features going live on apps/website. You will work closely with PMs responsible for all key verticals (health & Wellness, Events, Public Service, Food and sales & Marketing) to create a simple and delightful experience for our users. PMs on the team enjoy a high degree of responsibility and ownership. As a member of the Product Team, you will drive the strategy, roadmap, execution, and growth of a product area. You will work closely with other product managers, engineers, designers, sales, marketing, legal, analytics and do everything (defining requirements, prioritizing, testing, writing copy, tracking metrics etc.) to ship high-quality products. Looking for: User-facing products experience We are looking for folks that have experience with designing simple and intuitive user interfaces – ability to create examples through wireframes and mockups. People who have demonstrated an understanding of consumer behavior and psychology in building products and have a passion for building persuasive, sticky products will be a great fit.
