We are currently partnering with one of our portfolio companies (seed staged) to hire a UX Designer. So if you are someone who wants to partner with a founder and help build the company bottoms up, this might be the right role for you.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that established design standards are consistently and appropriately applied within design work
• Engage with product management, engineering, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors to understand the project
• Develop, present, and take feedback, and iterations for the final user experience.
• Must be open to doing multiple iterations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Design, or a related field of study
• 1-4 years of experience in design
• Proficient in visual design and wireframing tools
• Must have experience in a product-based company.

Peoplebox is looking for a Lead Product Designer who can be part of the journey to level up the product experience which will help  our customers align and achieve their goals and accelerate growth. 

Roles and Responsibilities

• Working on designing easy-to-use interfaces for organisations to create, manage goals and run their business reviews.
• Help employees in the companies to easily onboard and learn hard concepts through simple terms and experience.
• Talking to our customers and understanding our market
• Working on building design systems that are modular, reusable and accessible.
• Work cross-functionally with the Product and Engineering team to represent the design team and facilitate roadmap discussions.

Experience and Qualifications

• 4-11 years experience crafting consumer digital products across mobile and web.
• Understand how tech, product and businesses work together to shipping releases.
• Should have a strong command over the craft and a deeper understanding of the design principles.
• Advanced knowledge of Figma, Sketch, or other prototyping tools and should have experience working with development teams for handovers.
• Should be excited about working in a fast-paced environment with high ownership in an early-stage setup.

Designer interactive: do you think in UI/UX and can iterate ideas quickly? Do you love design and design things all the time regardless of the medium? Must show a portfolio demonstrating typography, design,  color usage and show you understand UI/UX. We are looking for full-time and freelance talent.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the product team to identify research questions.
• Plan and conduct interviews, user surveys, card sorting, and usability tests to understand user needs and find relevant solutions
• Help define and refine user personas.
• Present and communicate insights in order to help shape long-term product strategy.
• Create use cases and flow diagrams, and define information hierarchies.
• Write compelling, user-friendly copy that guides the user and embodies the voice of the brand.
• Design and prototype elegant interactive solutions.
• Work within brand guidelines to create layouts that reinforce a brand's style or voice through its visual touchpoints.
• Collaborate with front-end developers to translate design appropriately.
• Provide support by participating in creative decision-making.

Requirements:

• Understanding of interaction design principles.

• Creative & analytical problem-solving approach, articulative, and rational.

• 3 to 4 years of experience as a UI-UX Designer or a similar role.
• Bachelor's, associate's, or relevant program degree in design or art-related field.
• Portfolio of high-quality work and project samples.
• Mastery of foundational design concepts and visual principles, especially for the digital world.
• Up-to-date knowledge of design/CAD software like Adobe XD, InVision, Sketch/Illustrator/Affinity, Photoshop, Figma, etc.
