Product Designer

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a Product Designer (Growth), you'll be the design force behind our growth initiatives—obsessing over conversion funnels, user onboarding, engagement mechanics, and monetization touchpoints. You'll combine deep UX expertise with growth hacking mindset, leveraging data and experimentation to design experiences that drive measurable business impact. We're looking for a metrics-driven, hypothesis-oriented designer who thrives on turning insights into scalable growth levers.

WHAT YOU'LL DO?

• Drive growth-focused design initiatives across acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue optimization
• Design and optimize conversion funnels from first touch to long-term engagement, focusing on key growth metrics (CAC, LTV, retention rates, conversion rates)
• Lead experimentation through design—create A/B tests, landing page variants, onboarding flows, and feature experiments that drive statistically significant improvements
• Own critical growth touchpoints including signup flows, profile completion, subscription conversions, re-engagement campaigns, and referral mechanisms
• Translate growth insights into design solutions—turn user behavior data, cohort analyses, and business requirements into high-impact user experiences
• Design scalable growth systems—create templates, frameworks, and design patterns that enable rapid testing and iteration across growth initiatives
• Collaborate with Growth PMs, Data Analysts, and Engineers to identify growth opportunities, prioritize experiments, and measure design impact on key business metrics
• Optimize post-launch performance through continuous testing, user feedback integration, and data-driven design iterations
• Establish growth design culture by championing experimentation, sharing learnings, and mentoring team members on growth-focused design thinking

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Masters/Bachelor's from premier institutions (IIT, BITS, NID)
• 3-7 years of full-stack product design experience with proven growth impact
• Strong portfolio demonstrating conversion optimization and growth-focused design solutions
• Experience with growth experimentation, A/B testing, and data-informed design decisions
• Proficiency in Figma, prototyping tools, analytics platforms, and growth measurement tools
• Understanding of subscription business models, pricing psychology, and monetization strategies
• Experience designing for both web and mobile platforms at scale
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate business metrics into design solutions
• Knowledge of user acquisition channels and performance marketing touchpoints

Experience: 3+ years (Backend/Full-Stack)

Note: You will be the 3rd engineer on the team. If you are comfortable with Java and Springboot plus Cloud, then you will easily be able to pick up the following stack.

Key Requirements —

• Primary Stack: Experience with .NET
• Cloud: Solid understanding of cloud platforms (preferably Azure)
• Frontend/DevOps: Familiarity with React and DevOps practices
• Architecture: Strong grasp of microservices
• Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in scripting, databases, and Git

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in professional Web Development
• Proven software development experience in Core PHP, Codeigniter, WordPress; Laravel is a plus.
• Must have 2+ yrs experience in VueJs.
• Experience in ReactJs, NodeJs is a plus.
• Excellent Software Design and Architecting capabilities
• Complete familiarity with client-side scripting and Angular JS, Ember JS , JavaScript frameworks, including jQuery.
• Complete familiarity and expertise in web markup, including HTML5, CSS3.
• Expertise in third party API integration - payment gateways, Storage, Streaming services, etc.
• Complete familiarity and experience working with JSON / XML and REST API structure
• Familiar with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment technologies such as Bitbucket, Jenkins and Git
• AWS/Google Cloud Deployment is a must; Devops capability is a plus.
• Excellent knowledge of relational databases, version control tools and of developing web services.
• Sound Database experience with MySQL and PostgreSQL experience
• A sound knowledge of Object-Oriented (OOPS) Programming & Design Pattern.
• Agile and Iterative (TDD) development expertise.

Responsibilities :-

·        Discuss training plans with customers to build custom courses to suit their needs.

• Maintain records of training activities, participant progress, and program effectiveness.
• Develop programs and processes that provide a service to industry, business, students, and/or other external/internal clients.
• Serve as technical assistant or point of contact with customer until 'go live' date and hand-off to support.
• Update course documentation as needed to ensure timeliness and relevance.
• Has a mix of being a technical instructor, a solution architect, and an evangelist.
• Coordination of training schedules to ensure the most efficient use of resources.
• Work in tandem with peers in technical training to develop best in class training department across all areas of training.
• Responsible for lectures, demonstration, discussion, and related instructional delivery methods.
• Deliver standard and customized training based on field needs and the delivery of new product and technology training in support of field readiness.
• Help to create, test, and review new and existing courseware.
• Build relationships with OCI product development teams to understand roadmaps and plan for content updates or new training offerings.
• Keep informed of and maintain proficiency with all company products.
• Coordinate logistics for instruction events, including scheduling classes reserving classrooms, travel arrangements and preparing workstations.
