Job Title: Accounts Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage MIS reporting, inventory tracking, and accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Tally,

stock management, and GST follow-ups, ensuring accurate and timely financial and inventory records.

Key Responsibilities

 Maintain and manage MIS reports for factory operations

 Handle Tally entries (purchase, sales, journal, etc.)

 Manage inventory/stock records using Sandit

 Generate and monitor stock reports:

o Raw Materials

o Work-in-Progress (WIP)

o Finished Goods (FG)

 Ensure accurate stock in-hand reporting at all times

 Perform document verification and checking (invoices, GRNs, etc.)

 Maintain proper record keeping and documentation

 Follow up and assist in GST-related work and compliance

 Coordinate with internal departments for stock and accounts reconciliation

Required Skills & Qualifications

 Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field

 Minimum 3 years of experience in accounts and inventory management

 Strong working knowledge of Tally ERP

 Experience in stock management systems (Sandit preferred)

 Good understanding of GST processes

 Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

 Basic knowledge of MS Excel (MIS reporting)

JOB DESCRIPTION

Objectives:

1. Experience in Social Media Hiring and Boolean/String Searches & Talent Mapping

2. Updating candidate records and job postings in Applicant Tracking Systems.&

coordinating interview drives on a specified date

3. Regular meeting with the Hiring Managers to discuss the details about the

requirements and about their hiring plan.

4. Working on the sourcing plans for recruitment, referral schemes, vendor management etc

5. Involve in market analysis to provide inputs to delivery and to the

current market scenario and suggest alternate ways to successfully fulfill the positions

when faced with challenges.

•   Minimum of 12 years of Experience with Informatica ETL, Database technologies.
•   Experience with  Azure database technologies including Azure SQL Server, Azure Data Lake Exposure to Change data capture technology Lead and guide development of an Informatica based ETL architecture.
•      Develop solution in highly demanding environment and provide hands on guidance to other team members. 
•      Head complex ETL requirements and design. 
•      Implement an Informatica based ETL solution fulfilling stringent performance requirements. 
•      Collaborate with product development teams and senior designers to develop architectural requirements for the requirements.
•      Assess requirements for completeness and accuracy. 
•      Determine if requirements are actionable for ETL team. 
•      Conduct impact assessment and determine size of effort based on requirements.
•      Develop full SDLC project plans to implement ETL solution and identify resource requirements.
•      Perform as active, leading role in shaping and enhancing overall ETL Informatica architecture and Identify, recommend and implement ETL process and architecture improvements.
•      Assist and verify design of solution and production of all design phase deliverables. 
•      Manage build phase and quality assure code to ensure fulfilling requirements and adhering to ETL architecture

1.Demonstrating the product features to new customer (Online or Onsite)

2.Product show cases to client team during Implementation or after GoLive (after releasing the feature in Live).

3.Preparation of Business Case Document & coordinating with client or vendor team to understand the business objective or business need

4.Preparation of Business Requirement Document (BRD), Functional Specification Document (FSD) and Software Requirement Specification (SRS) along with sign-off from client team.

5.Designing Wire Frames & Prototype Documents along with sign-off from client team.

6.Regular follow-ups on any pending sign-off’s from stakeholders.

7.Regular follow-ups with Dev Team to complete the pending requirements.

8.Responsible for preparation of Use Case Document in collaboration with Testing team

9.Follow-up with client on further clarifications on requirements along with any additional information.

10.Scheduling the meetings with Client & Dev team for any technical clarifications

11.Responsible to maintain Requirements Tracker & ensure updating the same on daily basis or Weekly basis for project status reporting to Management

12.Responsible to maintain Work Tracker on BRD, FSD, Prototype or any other document & ensure updating the same on daily basis or Weekly basis for status reporting to Management

13.Validating the requirements as per BRD, SRS, FSD or Prototype or any other business document & ensure the readiness of the system.

14.Responsible for requirements verification – Functional or Regression Testing (if necessary)

15.Preparation of Release Notes & sharing the same with Client.

16.Handing over the user manuals

17.Regular follow-ups with Dev Team on pending tickets or issues raised by Client team.

18.Answering Request for Proposal (RFP) & Request for Information (RFI).

19.Preparation of Solution Approaches (applicable for New & Maintenance projects), Proposal Document (Applicable for Maintenance projects).

20.Preparation of Business Presentations (Power-Point Presentations) or Project Status Meeting presentations.
