Responsibilities

1. ~70% of your time will be spent on Figma designs for app and product pages. We are a B2B SaaS product
2. ~20% will be spent on designing marketing and ad landing pages
3. ~10% will be spent on creatives for marketing, etc

In this role, the employee will be responsible for tasks such as interacting with EV OEMs to integrate drivetrains, braking systems, and suspension systems in the field of EV 2-wheelers. Additionally, the position may require frequent travel to client locations across the country for vehicle integration projects.

Experience : 2 - 3 years of experience in Automotive Field

Eligibility: BE/BTech/Diploma in Automobile/Mechanical stream

Qualification:

• Sound understanding of Electric Vehicles (EVs) and their components 2 & 3 Wheelers .

• Sound knowledge of the strength of materials and measurement systems.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Management: Business development with clients, managing new projects, lead project planning, scheduling, and coordination. Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and contribute to solutions to ensure timely project completion.

2. CAD and 3D Design: Collaborate with our engineering team to create 2D and 3D CAD models for various EV components, ensuring accuracy and precision. Utilize analysis software to assess the structural integrity and performance of EV components, providing valuable insights and recommendations.

3. Manufacturing Follow-Up: Work closely with manufacturing teams to monitor the production of EV components. Ensure that manufacturing processes adhere to design specifications and quality standards. Address any manufacturing issues promptly to maintain production efficiency.

Job Responsibilities:

• Own the Product design philosophy and UX strategy
• Team management and mentoring
• Initiate/ participate in user research initiatives and insights to drive design decisions
• Translate user needs and business goals into innovative products that provide an engaging user experience.
• Collaborate effectively with cross functional teams right from Design, Product Management, Engineering, Operations to Marketing
• Practice design thinking, understand ‘jobs to be done’ framework, agile and lean UX methodologies
• Knowledge of wireframing, visual design and rapid prototyping tools

• Should partner with content writers to help articulate User Guide documentation, demo video scripts etc.

• Design collaterals for our performance marketing team across multiple display networks, social media, and native platforms.
