Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master / Project Manager to lead Agile software development teams and ensure successful project delivery. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Agile methodologies, Scrum practices, project planning, stakeholder management, and team coordination. This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to drive project execution and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Guide Agile teams in adopting Scrum principles and Agile best practices.
• Remove impediments and help teams deliver high-quality software on time.
• Plan, track, and manage project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.

Required Skills

• 8–14years of experience in Scrum Master and/or Project Management roles.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.
• Experience managing software development projects in Agile environments.
• Hands-on experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and coaching Agile teams.
• Strong project planning, estimation, scheduling, and risk management skills.
• Experience with project management and Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or Trello.

Summary / Objective:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to handle outbound calls to US and Canadian customers for promoting our IT services, including website development and digital solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, international calling experience, and a passion for lead generation and client engagement.

Responsibilities / Duties:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers in the US and Canada to promote IT services and website development solutions.
