UX Designer

Role : .NET Developer Location – Gurgaon Key Responsibilities What role will you play? In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders and analysts to define requirements, while working closely with the team on development, testing, and deployment activities. You will support production operations, engage directly with users, and help maintain system stability, using this experience as a key learning opportunity. You will also deliver high-quality platform enhancements, build strong relationships with technical and non-technical stakeholders, and act as a subject matter expert to ensure best practices and professional standards are consistently upheld. • 9–14 years of hands-on experience in C# and .NET full-stack development • Strong extensive experience in financial markets and low-latency, multithreaded systems • Solid expertise in SQL and database design and optimization • Proven experience leading small development teams • Familiarity with message-based integration, including protocols such as FIX • Actively learn and apply financial domain knowledge • for this role we are specifically looking for candidates with strong domain expertise as well. • This is a Front Office Trading Engineering role, so it’s important that the candidate understands key business concepts and nuances, such as sell-side vs buy-side, equities vs derivatives, and instruments like futures, options, and swaps. • Ability to work in an agile environment and handle end-to-end development responsibilities Required Skills & Experience • 3–10 years of professional experience in .NET development • Strong hands-on experience with C#, ASP.NET, and .NET Core • Excellent understanding of data structures, algorithms, and problem-solving techniques • Experience and strong interest in algorithm-driven or computation-intensive applications • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to bridge business language and technical implementation • Proven ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a highly collaborative environment • Strong inclination to work within the financial services domain; experience with repo products, secured funding, or lending is highly regarded

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive the product roadmap for data and AI-powered features end-to-end

• Translate complex data and AI capabilities into simple, intuitive product experiences for brands and creators

• Collaborate closely with data engineers, ML engineers, and business teams to define and deliver product requirements

• Define product metrics and success criteria — including data quality, model accuracy, and user engagement

• Identify gaps in existing data pipelines and work with engineering to build scalable solutions

• Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and market mapping to inform product decisions

• Prioritise features and manage the product backlog with a strong data-driven approach

• Work with the AI team to evaluate and integrate LLM and GenAI capabilities into the product

Must-Have Skills

• Total experience of 2–3 years with at least 1–2 years in data engineering or data analytics

• Transitioned into or actively pursuing a product management role

• Strong understanding of data pipelines, ETL processes, SQL, and data modelling

• Ability to write and interpret data queries to inform product decisions

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Strong product thinking — ability to break down complex problems into simple product solutions

Must Have : 

• At least 3-5 years of experience in AS400 as a WMS solution
• At least 3 years experience in end to end implementations, Rollout / support experience and warehouse automation.
• Strong customizing experience / Configuration experience
• Knowledge of cross integration - API & other interconnection methods
• Strong knowledge on SQL database query
• Ability to write technical documentation from Business requirements
• Knowledge on programming language like Report Program Generator and SQL
• Worked on setting up warehouse structure and expertise in all the processes Inbound,Outbound, Internal Cross docking etc. 
• Functional consulting experience to enable strong decision making
• Provide users with expert guidance on the features and usage of the process and tool
• Analyze user configuration,unit test, Integration testing 
• Having an strong understanding on automation and mechanization projects like conveyor , Auto guided vehicles 
• Assist the users with user acceptance testing and the On floor go live Support 
• Technical skills to write codes, Debug, Find the root cause of issue and provide the permanent solutions.
• Having knowledge on ticketing and defect management tools 
• Knowledge on integration technologies like JSON, MFS, RFC, MFS to communicate with other ERP & transactional systems.

THE POSITION:

- 3+ years of relevant experience in designing & implementing scalable, resilient backend microservices

- Expert at any backend programming language (Python/GoLang preferrable) and has exposure to API design and scalable architecture

- Hands-on experience on a couple of RDBMS/NoSQL/In-memory DBs

- Great database modelling skills

- Ability to choose the right algorithm, data-structure, and design pattern for the given problem statement

- Knowledge of any cloud based platform like AWS or GCP and scaling on the go

- Understanding of various application security principles and experience with building applications secure by design
