UX Designer

The role

We are currently seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new clients and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. The Sales Manager will play a key role in expanding our client base and achieving sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
• Identify and target potential clients in the assigned territory through market research, networking, and prospecting.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing their advertising needs.
• Conduct presentations and sales pitches to potential clients, effectively communicating the benefits and features of our transit media advertising solutions.
• Prepare and present sales proposals and contracts, negotiating terms and pricing to secure new business.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop customized advertising solutions that meet the specific requirements of clients.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company.
• Prepare regular sales reports, providing updates on sales activities, revenue forecasts, and client feedback.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in transit media advertising, continuously enhancing product knowledge and sales techniques.

Key skills and experience required

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of successful sales experience in the advertising industry, preferably in transit media advertising, Digital Media Sales or related fields.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate the value proposition of transit media advertising to clients.
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to create win-win solutions.
• Self-motivated and target-driven, with a proactive approach to sales.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Proficient in using CRM software and sales analytics tools.
• Familiarity with the local advertising market and a strong network of potential clients is highly desirable.

Job Description: We are looking for highly motivated Systems Engineers/Systems Administrators. The position requires strong technical and communication skills.

As a Systems Engineer, you will be working on the latest products like Windows 11, Windows Server 2022, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Fabric, Azure Databricks, Azure Networking, Hyper V, Spark, SQL Server 2022, Chrome OS, Data Warehousing etc.

Responsibilities:

• Deploying, automating, maintaining AWS / Azure-based cloud services

• Evaluate new technology options and vendor products

• Develop and maintain custom SharePoint Online pages

• Complete certifications and training on the latest technologies

• Perform SharePoint Online administrative functions

• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for regular task automation

• Monitorsystems, networks, and functions

• Identify and document common recovery procedures forservice impacting incidents

• Establish and follow a ROB (Rhythm of Business) to ensure that all break/fix issues are resolved promptly or escalated to the appropriate group

• Develop, communicate and drive Service Improvement Plansto maintain an environment of continuous improvement with a focus on rapid growth, world-class quality, and cost-efficacy

• Drive operational aspects of incident management, ensuring SLAs for time, quality, and customer satisfaction are met for our global infrastructure

• Responsible for monitoring, data collection, and configuration management, as well as disaster recovery planning, capacity engineering, reliability improvement initiatives, and platform automation

Candidate Profile:

• B.E./ B. Tech. in Computer Science /Information Technology or MCA from a reputed university with a minimum 60% aggregate throughout their education

Skills and Abilities:

• High-level technical troubleshooting ability

• Ability to multitask and work 6 days a week (54 hours per week at aminimum)

Experience: 1-3 years of proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer

Location: Noida / Mumbai / Hyderabad

• Develop new client partnerships with company's key accounts and develop strategic partnerships with large companies across industries. 
• Nurture and develop existing clients and generate incremental revenues within these accounts by selling additional products and services.
• Proactively identify & solve customer business problems by providing subject matter expertise and by using relevant product and services lines to create solutions. 
• Key point of contact for large accounts. 
• Ability to maintain senior level client relationships.
• Will be required to implement company's aggressive growth plans in the identified territory. Primary focus will be on new business while ensuring existing relationships are maintained.
• High adherence to internal CRM with an estimate of sales forecast.
• Liaising with the operations/products team for a smooth delivery of the end product and ensuring the service expectations of the customers are met.
• Should be comfortable with working in flexible time zones (Primarily US time zone) 

Requirements:

• Minimum of 8 - 12 years experience in Key Accounts Management.

1. Someone who is well-versed with the CLO3D software and garment construction.
   Should have a sound knowledge of some add on softwares like Blender, Meshmixer,etc.

2. Knowledge of Modelling, Rendering, lighting, materials, textures, and resource optimization.

3. Who has already worked on designing menswear.

4. Knowledge on draping, pattern-making, cutting & stitching of menswear.

5. Should be creative with good design ideas & be capable of executing the garment design as per the given brief/deadline.

6. Highly innovative and creative.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Execute and launch designs every week. Take initiative and work independently to execute the entire collection end-to-end. Right from sketching to 3D pattern making and rendering.

2. Manage & execute Adhoc tasks in 3D pattern making and rendering.

3. Create and analyze design reports.

4. Research, ideate, implement and execute improved strategies for increasing design efficiency.

You must have:

• Experience in the design, development, and deployment of large-scale enterprise applications with multiple tiers
• Exposure on agile test-driven development for robustness, usability, reliability, security and performance.
• Strong technical aptitude for any programming language, preferred, Core JAVA and Spring Boot and other Spring libraries, Eureka, Hystrix etc.
• Experience of creating architecture or developing web services using Open source technologies and to integrate applications with databases such as Oracle, MySQL, MongoDB, or Cassandra
• Solid understanding of OOPS, algorithms and data structures.
• Experience on Kafka / Scala / Storm / Elastic Search and Web Services like RESTful.
• Experience in building highly scalable distributed systems
• Extensive experience with version control systems (Git is preferred) and issue tracking systems (JIRA is preferred)
