UI/UX Designer

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our Front-end Development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding user needs, designing intuitive interfaces, and creating seamless user experiences. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to bring concepts to life through impactful design.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineering teams.
• Create design concepts using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps.
• Develop UI mockups, wireframes, and interactive prototypes to showcase functionality and visual direction.
• Ensure designs are responsive and troubleshoot UI/UX issues across devices and platforms.
• Conduct user research and incorporate feedback into design modifications.
• Maintain consistency by following brand guidelines, style standards, fonts, color schemes, and imagery.
• Work with the development team to ensure accurate implementation of designs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with CANVA, Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator (Photoshop is a plus).
• Understanding of UX principles, UI layout, design thinking, and user-centered design.
• Ability to present ideas and defend design decisions confidently.

Role and Responsibilities 

We are looking for a great JavaScript developer who is proficient with React.js. Your primary focus will be on developing user interface components and implementing them following well-known React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux). You will ensure that these components and the overall application are robust and easy to maintain. You will coordinate with the rest of the team working on different layers of the infrastructure. Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and quality product is important.  

• • Developing new user-facing features using React.js 
• • Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use 
• • Translating designs and wireframes into high quality code 

• • Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers.

• Demonstrated experience in Node, Mongo, Python2/3, Express, ReactJS.
• Experience with testing frameworks like Mocha, Jest, Jasmine etc.
• Experience with asynchronous messaging using RabbitMQ/Apache Kafka.

1. Perform regular reconciliation of customer accounts to verify the accuracy of financial transactions.

2. Analyze financial data identify discrepancies or anomalies, and investigate the root causes.

3. Prepare and maintain detailed reports and documentation of reconciliation activities.

4. Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to account reconciliation.

Role Description:

• Design, build, and maintain applications using Node.JS
• Hands-on working on various Azure PAAS services.
• Good problem solving abilities along with strong understanding of Data structures, various design patterns & algorithms.
• Enhance existing services and applications to increase availability, reliability, and scalability in a microservices environment
• Work across the engineering team to build new features and services at scale
• Improve engineering tooling, process, and standards to enable faster, more consistent, more reliable, and highly repeatable application delivery
• Remain engaged with latest technology trends and understand operational challenges to continually evolve application delivery processes and platform components
• Support platform technology decisions based on performance metrics and operational SLAs
• Provide guidance and best practices around security for applications and platform infrastructure

Qualifications:

• 3+ years software development experience using Node.JS
• Must have experience & understanding of working on Azure PAAS services.
• Strong understanding of Azure PAAS services like Services, Service Bus, etc.
• Exposure/understanding of JavaScript frameworks like Angular.JS/React.JS is added advantage.
• Experience with database and cloud technologies
• Understand the benefits of microservices, but also understand the challenges they bring and current trends on how to address those challenges
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent, Master’s degree preferred.
