Key Responsibilities
Content Creation
- Develop engaging and relevant content (posts, reels, stories, graphics, videos, captions) for all social media platforms.
- Write compelling copy tailored to each platform’s style and audience.
- Create, edit, and optimize short-form and long-form content for platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and X (Twitter).
- Stay updated on industry trends, viral formats, and design styles to keep content fresh and engaging.
Content Scheduling & Posting
- Plan and schedule content using social media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Later, Notion, etc.).
- Maintain a consistent posting calendar aligned with campaigns and company goals.
- Ensure timely publishing of posts, stories, and updates across platforms.
Brand & Community Management
- Maintain brand voice, tone, and visual identity across all channels.
- Monitor comments, messages, and community interactions to build positive engagement.
- Respond to inquiries or escalate them to the relevant team when needed.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track performance metrics such as reach, engagement, followers, and conversions.
- Prepare weekly or monthly reports with insights and recommendations.
- Optimize content strategy based on analytics and audience behavior.
