Job Description

We are hiring talented Architects / Interior Designers with strong technical and visualization skills to work on luxury villa and farmhouse projects.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in architectural drafting, 3D visualization, rendering, and design coordination.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Take sketches and initial architectural concepts from senior architects/project managers and develop detailed 2D drawings in AutoCAD and Revit.
• Create photorealistic 3D renderings and walkthroughs to present design concepts to stakeholders.
• Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, elevations, and working drawings.
• Measure and document existing site conditions accurately using Revit and AutoCAD.
• Assist in preparation of project documentation and submission packages.
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and execution teams.
• Research materials, finishes, and products suitable for luxury villa projects.
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary design teams.
• Ensure drawings comply with building codes, construction standards, and project requirements.
• Support conceptual, schematic, and detailed design development phases.
