The Brand Concierge is a Delhi-based digital marketing agency looking for social media enthusiasts to join our team. It's a multi-faceted role with a prime focus on executing digital/social media content, influencer marketing and performance marketing.
Responsibilities:
- Content Creation - Develop engaging content (posts, reels, stories) using creative tools, AI tools, and apps like Canva, Inshot, CapCut, etc.
- Social Media Strategy - Assist in designing and executing brand-specific social media strategies to grow communities organically.
- Brand Management - Coordinate with designers, performance marketers, and web developers to ensure cohesive brand communication across platforms.
- Influencer Marketing & Collaborations - Identify and collaborate with influencers and brand partners to build awareness and recall.
- Client Servicing - Support day-to-day communication with clients and ensure timely deliverables.
Skills required:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in social media/digital marketing.
- Strong creative eye with comfort in using design + AI-based content tools.
- Excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work seamlessly within a team and coordinate across departments.
- Self-driven, proactive, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is a plus.
- Must bring your own laptop.
- Minimum 2 year experience
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Strategic and creative thinker
- Strong communication skills
- Savvy with creating content on apps like Canva, Inshot, etc

Responsibilities:
Design engaging creatives for social media, ads, websites, and brand collaterals with a luxury-first approach.
- Conceptualize and execute short-form video content (reels, motion graphics, simple edits) that feel premium and polished.
- Translate brand stories into visuals that stand out — original layouts, strong typography, and fresh perspectives.
- Stay updated on global design and luxury branding trends, and bring that inspiration into our work.
- Collaborate closely with content and strategy teams to ensure design amplifies brand narratives.
- Guide and mentor junior designers/interns where needed.
- Balance multiple projects with strong attention to detail and timely delivery.

Requirements:
- 2+ years of design experience (boutique agencies or luxury/premium brands)
- A strong portfolio that shows originality, not just template-driven design.
- Comfort across Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and basic motion/video tools(After Effects / Premiere Pro / Canva video editing).
- A sharp eye for luxury aesthetics: clean layouts, typography, spacing, color palettes.
- Strong sense of visual storytelling — from static posts to scroll-stopping videos.
- Team player, but with independent thinking and initiative.
