Position: Estimation and Contracts Manager

Role Objective: To lead and direct the company's pre-contract and post-contract commercial functions, ensuring the preparation of accurate, competitive project tenders and the diligent management of all contractual obligations. This role is fundamentally accountable for securing profitable projects and mitigating commercial and contractual risk across all operations of Alumayer India Private Limited.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

• Estimation & Tendering Management:
• Lead the preparation and submission of all project tenders, ensuring bids are both competitive and commercially viable.
• Oversee the detailed analysis of project drawings, specifications, and Bills of Quantities (BOQ) to perform accurate cost estimations for materials, labor, and overheads.
• Direct the value engineering process to provide cost-effective solutions without compromising quality or design intent.
• Maintain and develop a robust database of costing information, supplier rates, and productivity norms.
• Contracts Administration & Governance:
• Serve as the primary authority for the review, negotiation, and finalization of all client and subcontractor contract documents, identifying and mitigating potential risks.
• Manage the complete contract lifecycle, including the administration of variations, extensions of time, and the preparation and negotiation of claims.
• Ensure all project activities and correspondence are in strict compliance with the established contractual terms and conditions.
• Provide expert contractual advice and guidance to the project execution teams throughout the project duration.
• Commercial Leadership & Reporting:
• Manage, mentor, and develop the estimation and contracts team, establishing departmental objectives and performance metrics.
• Prepare and present detailed commercial reports, cash flow projections, and risk analysis summaries to senior management.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and key stakeholders.

Mandatory Candidate Profile:

• Education: A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying is mandatory. A postgraduate qualification in Construction Management or Contract Law is highly advantageous.
• Experience: A minimum of 10-12 years of progressive experience in estimation and contracts management, with significant exposure to the façade, glazing, or specialized construction industry.
• Knowledge & Skills: In-depth knowledge of standard construction contract forms (e.g., FIDIC), tendering processes, and costing principles is essential. The candidate must possess exceptional negotiation, analytical, and risk management skills.

Reporting Structure:

• The position reports to the Commercial Director or the Chief Operating Officer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and fine-tune large language models for diverse applications.
• Implement and optimize LLMs to create efficient, scalable solutions.
• Build intelligent agents that utilize LLMs to interact and perform complex analytical tasks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate LLM technology into our products and services.
• Conduct research to stay ahead of the latest trends and advancements in generative AI and machine learning.
• Document and present model development processes and results for stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

• 4-8 years of experience in machine learning, specifically with generative AI and large language models.
• Strong proficiency in Python and familiarity with AI and ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face Transformers.
• Experience in fine-tuning LLMs and deploying AI models in a production environment.
• Proven ability to design and implement AI agents using LLMs.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Position: IT Sales Manager

Academic Background: B com/ BA / B. Tech. (Electronics/ IT) / MBA or an equivalent recognized diploma in IT engineering

Experience: 6+Years

Position Overview: 

The Engineering Manager will work closely with the management and customers and partners globally. He/She will report to the VP - Engineering. He/She will be responsible for shaping the product and strategizing its delivery around when and how it will be done so. 

The ideal candidate should have prior experience as Engineering Manager in a start-up or Product company, developing an Enterprise SAAS product.

Responsibilities: 

●Lead Product Development, QA and Documentation for multiple client Products 

●Deliver Engineering Product Releases and Patches 

●Provide work break-down and be responsible for all Engineering Team deliverables 

●Interact with team members and ensure timely and successful delivery of each sprint iteration 

●Provide technical guidance, coaching and mentoring to the Engineering Team 

●Be responsible for tools and processes for all Engineering activities 

●Work with Product Management and help shape the product roadmap 

●Work with Services Organization and set the right expectations regarding the product roadmap, delivery of enhancements and patches 

●Define and manage quarterly goals for Engineering Team 

●Manage engineering budget, incentive programs and team-building activities 

●Hire and manage Product Development, QA and Documentation Team members 

The Ideal Candidate: 

●Should have completed a 4-year Engineering degree in Computer Science (preferably) or an advanced degree in a similar stream 

●Should have 10-12 years of experience with at least 2-3 years as an Engineering Manager 

●Must have experience with Containerization, Docker, Kubernetes 

●Should have designed and delivered: 

• Open Source based Enterprise Software 

• Software based on Java, Angular JS, ReactJS, Python, no-SQL databases etc

• Solutions in the Cloud (AWS or Azure or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)) 

●Delivered multiple releases of products using Agile Development 

●Delivered Artifacts like Design/Test-Plan/Documentation-Plan documents 

●Possess Team Management skills: 

• Led Product Development Teams involving UI, Middle-Tier and Database developers, QA and Documentation Teams 

• Delivered performance reviews, and improvement plans to team members 

Desired Skills: 

●Experience having worked at a startup or product development company is an advantage 

Roles and Responsibilities:

● Build pixel-perfect, buttery smooth UIs across both mobile platforms

● Leverage native APIs for deep integrations with both platforms

● Diagnose and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks for performance that feels native

● Reach out to the open source community to encourage and help implement mission-critical

software fixes—React Native moves fast and often breaks things

● Maintain code and write automated tests to ensure the product is of the highest quality

Requirements:

● Firm grasp of the JavaScript / TypeScript / ClojureScript language and its nuances

● Knowledge of functional / object-oriented programming

● Ability to write well-documented, clean Javascript code

● Rock solid at working with third-party dependencies and debugging dependency conflicts

● Familiarity with native build tools, like XCode, Gradle, Android Studio, IntelliJ

● Understanding of REST APIs, the document request model, and offline storage

● Experience with automated testing suites, like Jest or Mocha
