Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and evolution of our AWS platform services and automation frameworks.
• Build scalable, secure, and reusable infrastructure using Terraform, AWS CDK, and GitOps workflows.

• Architect solutions leveraging core AWS services such as EKS, Lambda, IAM, CloudFront, Control Tower, and other platform components.
• Define, enforce, and monitor security, governance, and compliance guardrails using AWS Config, SCPs, AWS SSO, and least-privilege IAM policies.
• Enable observability and reliability with tools like CloudWatch, Grafana, Prometheus, and OpenTelemetry.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver internal platform capabilities with clear SLAs and support models.
• Mentor and guide teams in AWS best practices to improve productivity, operational excellence, and cloud cost optimization.

Mandatory Skills & Expertise

• AWS Platform Mastery: In-depth experience with Kubernetes (EKS), serverless (Lambda), IAM, CloudFront, Control Tower, and related platform services.
• Infrastructure as Code: Expert in Terraform, AWS CDK, or equivalent for building production-grade IaC.
• CI/CD & Observability: Strong experience with GitHub Actions and observability stacks (CloudWatch, Grafana, Prometheus, OpenTelemetry).
• Security & Governance: Demonstrated ability to implement governance guardrails (SCPs, AWS Config) and enforce least-privilege access.
• Platform-as-a-Product: Mindset for treating internal platform as a product with service ownership, SLAs, and measurable developer experience improvements.

• 2+ Years should be required in iOS development.

The front end engineer will primarily be responsible for building and delivering custom solutions for our customers including the graphic design, experience design, and coding of the front ends. Skills

Required Skills:

• 5+ years in architecting and building Single Page Applications (SPA)
• Shipped at least 2+ applications using Angular/AngularJs
• Expertise in building Angularjs and Angular with integration and unit tests
• Experience in upgrading angular/js versions and converting angularjs -> angular.
• Good working knowledge of other frameworks such as REACT, nodejs, meteor etc.
• Experience with package management tools such as webpack for minification, uglification etc
• Experience with creating embeddable widgets
• Expertise with CSS frameworks such as Bootstrap4

Desired Skills:

• Demonstrated expertise of building cloud native applications

• Design and execute content marketing strategy to support sales and marketing team
• Write compelling content for multiple online channels like blogs, white papers, Ebooks, case studies, press releases, videos, etc.,
• Drive internal sales enablement and work closely with our Inside Sales team to develop monthly client pitches, emails, and drafting content with various touch points defined in the outbound sales activity.
• Write innovative content copy for weekly social media posts (LinkedIn, Twitter)
• Ghost write few original content in the form of blogs, ebooks, others
• Support content operations including uploading content, maintaining content management system (Wordpress), creating supporting graphics.
• Use search engine optimisation (SEO) in writing to maximise the visibility of all the online content pieces
• Engage with the internal product team, strategy team to get product briefs and create positioning documents.
• Research buyer personas, and create appropriate messaging around it.
• This profile will be required to collaborate extensively with fellow colleagues across the marketing, inside sales, strategy, leadership, other teams to create and execute high impact content development and content marketing projects.

• Bachelor’s degree preferably in Journalism, Business Marketing or related field from a top institute with an excellent academic record

• 4+ years of content marketing experience in IT industry / tech start-ups (SaaS experience is a plus)
• Have a proven track record of on time and high-quality project delivery
• Experience of having operated effectively in a high demand, rapidly shifting / fluid environment.
• Ability to work on multiple projects with different objectives simultaneously
