Job description
We are looking for a high-performing CRM Expert to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales teams potential by implementing best CRM practices, monitoring lead journey through the pipeline. The successful candidate will identify high quality leads and help the sales team in managing them through the pipeline. You will also be responsible of reporting the performance of marketing campaigns to maximise ROIs. Leadership qualities and critical thinking skills are quintessential to the role.

Required Skills & Experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Must be highly organized, disciplined and self-motivated
• Strong independent project management skills.
• Capable of handling multiple tasks with competing priorities under minimal supervision.
• Able to think critically and exercise independent judgment and discretion. • Excellent attention to detail.
• Expert knowledge of database management concepts and best practices.
• Strong working knowledge of CRM & different tools. Plus if you have worked in Zoho CRM

Responsibilities
• Maintain existing Marketing/Sales automation integrations with CRM and assist in the integration of additional platforms into the automation software such as virtual calling solutions etc.
• Understand and evaluate inbound leads received from marketing team and bucket the leads based on lead score and distribute it to the sales team.
• Work with management to define KPIs, create different reports such as lead journey, lead sources, lead channel, SLA breached, Conversion metrics and analyze sales performance. Create recommendations to improve matrix’s/analytics continuously.
•Manage sales automation efforts and processes by proactively researching and implementing the latest best practices, strategies, and industry standards.
• Creating periodical sales report and sharing it to the management.
• Support essential sales operations initiatives in ZOHO such as managing the lead lifecycle, lead scoring, lead nurturing, segmentation, and data cleansing.
• Creating different reports in excel for different lead stages and their conversations.
