Job Description:
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Operations Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the backend processes that support smooth day-to-day operations, especially in areas such as travel bookings, billing, chauffeur coordination, and customer support. The role demands a detail-oriented individual with excellent analytical skills and a commitment to accuracy and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Operational Support
- Manage and process travel bookings (domestic and international) in coordination with internal teams and third-party vendors.
- Monitor and verify billing records, ensuring all invoices, receipts, and payment details are accurate and aligned with company policies.
- Handle and coordinate chauffeur services, ensuring timely vehicle allocation, schedule adherence, and issue resolution.
2. Customer Interaction
- Respond to customer queries via email and phone in a professional and timely manner.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing effective resolutions to complaints, delays, or discrepancies.
- Maintain detailed logs of customer interactions, feedback, and action taken.
3. Data Management & Reporting
- Maintain and update internal databases, spreadsheets, and booking systems to ensure real-time data accuracy.
- Analyze operational data to identify inefficiencies, cost-saving opportunities, and performance trends.
Required Skills:
- Strong numerical and analytical ability; comfort with handling data and making calculations.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel – VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables; Word; PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) in English; additional language proficiency is a plus.
- Ability to handle pressure and multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Positive attitude with a problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently or in a team.
Experience: 0–2 years; prior experience in travel booking, billing, chauffeur services, or back-office operations is highly preferred.

Maintain vendor database and track supplier performance.
3. Export Documentation & Coordination
Prepare and verify export documents: Invoices, Packing Lists, Shipping
Bills, RODTEP, Drawback claims, BRCs, and COO.
Coordinate with CHA, freight forwarders, banks, and customers to ensure
smooth export operations.
Follow up with customers for documents, payments, and compliance
requirements.
Maintain statutory export records for audits and government
submissions.
Qualifications & Experience
Graduate / Postgraduate in Commerce / Science / Management.
Diploma / Certification in Export-Import Management or International
Tradepreferred.
8–10 years of experience in API / Chemical / Pharma industry with hands-
on exposure to DGFT, Customs, Purchase, and Export Documentation.
Strong working knowledge of ERP/SAP, MS Office, DGFT/ICEGATE, and
banking documentation portals.
Skills & Competencies

We are looking for a part-time/freelance digital marketing consultant who will work closely with the founders to drive the digital marketing activities.
Sales are the lifeline for a start-up, so ROAS and sales will be the main KPI. All the efforts of the person in this role should focus on maximizing sales through our campaigns. This will also fuel your growth within the organization. This role requires creative thinking to design profitable sales campaigns outside the "big agency" thought process. Our key performance indicator is Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) with a target of 12X. This target is achievable given our product range from 35k to 1 lac.
What would you be doing?
- Develop interactive ads with the available creative content. Our primary source of the content is photos and videos of real products (not photoshoots with models). You should be able to use these materials to build, test, and run your creative campaigns.
- Create interactive landing pages using Shopify-compatible apps
- Manage Google Ads and Meta ads campaigns independently, from strategy to optimization. You should be able to take complete ownership of the campaigns. Your performance will be measured by the sales reflected in your weekly dashboards.
- Manage email, WhatsApp, and SMS campaigns. These campaigns need to be designed daily, and you should be able to show revenue and Click-Through Rate (CTR) for them, similar to other paid advertising campaigns.
- Campaign management and optimization will be an integral part of this role. You should have good domain knowledge to detect and rectify technical problems across all ad tech tools, such as Google, Meta, and Bik.
- Implement exit popups, generate leads, and use these leads to create FOMO campaigns in regular intervals
