Responsibilities:

Develop a deep understanding of the company's products and services to provide accurate and comprehensive support to customers.

Utilize your excellent product knowledge to effectively assist customers and address their queries and concerns.

Handle customer phone calls, ensuring professional and courteous communication.

Direct calls to the appropriate department for more complex query resolution, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Proactively gather feedback from customers to identify areas of improvement and relay it to the relevant teams within the organization.

Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients and customers, both in person and over the phone.

Excel at handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolution.

Utilize your strong communication skills to effectively convey information and provide clear instructions to customers.

Demonstrate proficiency in working with Excel workbooks for efficient data management and reporting.

Strive for continuous improvement in customer support processes and contribute to enhancing the overall customer experience.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a customer support or related role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent product knowledge and the ability to quickly grasp and understand complex concepts.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate information clearly and concisely.

Proficiency in handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.

Ability to build rapport with customers and establish trust and credibility.

Proficiency in working with Excel workbooks for data management and reporting purposes.

Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think on your feet and provide effective solutions.

Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work well under pressure and in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

• Understanding various protocols and specifications related to AC and DC EV charging and efficiently

implementing firmware using embedded C/C++/Python programming languages for a variety of

hardware and IDE platforms.

• Developing solutions which satisfy applicable technical specifications such as IEC62196, ISO 15118,

IEC 61851, OCPP and adhere to the company’s development processes.

• Interfacing IOs, ADCs, GSM, BLE, Wi-Fi, Ethernet, SPI, I2C, UART, RS232, RS485, Modbus, CAN

communication with the EV charger controller.

• Using RTOS for writing time critical modules of firmware.

• Ensure a high quality output by performing regular code reviews & Unit Testing.

• Maintaining repository using Git for existing and new products.

• Assist Sr Firmware Engineer in formalizing and modifying development processes, with timelines.

• To ensure high quality of development, with strict adherence to timelines.

• Manage Prototype testing, Production testing, Validation and Certification as per industry standards.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics or equivalent.

• Relevant work experience of around 5-6 years.

• Experience in hands-on development and troubleshooting on embedded targets.

• Expertise in programming C/ C++/Python and Algorithms

• Proven experience in embedded systems design with pre-emptive, multitasking real-time operating

systems.

• Familiarity with IDEs, software configuration management tools, defect tracking tools, and peer review

• Adequate knowledge of reading schematics and data sheets for components

• Strong documentation and writing skills.

• Familiarity with software management tools like Git, Jira, confluence.

• Experience with high load machinery, rectifiers will be an added advantage.

• Experience in EV/ EVSE domain will be an added advantage.

• Familiarity with IEC 62196, ISO 15118, IEC 61851, OCPP will be an added advantage.

• Excellent team player with great communication skills (written, and verbal).

• Must be flexible, independent and self-motivated. Minimal supervision will be preferred. Good team

player across organization and quick learning attitude  Result orientation and focus on details.

Responsibilities:

• Determines technical feasibility of features or solutions by evaluating problem, customer requirements, possible solutions and technology requirements.
• Exercises judgement in prioritizing tasks and selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
• Create low-level design of modules of a software application through proper documentation and
• diagrams.
• Develops software solutions by studying requirements, clarifying customer/user needs, analysing data
• and processes and following established software development practices and processes.
• Develops proof of concepts for technical evaluation and early customer feedback
• Updates and shares knowledge by studying state-of-the-art development tools, programming
• techniques, and computing technology; reading professional publications
• Networks with internal and external personnel in own area of expertise.
• Skills:
• Good command in JavaScript/TypeScript. Knowledge of Java/Python will be a plus.
• Experience in Debugging/troubleshooting TypeScript code.
• Experience in API development (REST/GraphQL etc)
• Experience in development of Web and Mobile(android/iOS) applications
• Exposure of Parallel and Asynchronous programming
• Experience in writing Unit tests (Jest or any similar framework)
• Should be proficient in relational Database concepts (Postgres etc.)
• Knowledge of Non-relational Databases would be a plus.
• Good Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming Concepts.
• Good Understanding of Design Patterns.
• Good command of Data structures, Algorithms and Complexity.
• Good at problem solving and analytical skills.
• Experience with Source Code Versioning systems (Git etc)
• Understanding of Micro services Architecture would be a plus
