The Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Technology Lead (Python or Node), who adopts a hands-on approach and loves to build scalable, distributed and large web / mobile products. You would be responsible for designing the architecture, reviewing the code, building the technology and deploying web/mobile applications.

Responsibilities:

• Own the product development from scratch.
• Design and implementation of low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications.
• Architect scalable software solutions and mentor a team of high performing developers.
• Participate in code reviews, design reviews, SCRUM ceremonies, and troubleshoot to ensure uptime for live systems etc.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field from a premier college.  
• Prior 4+ years of experience in back-end development (Python/ Golang) in a start-up or a dynamic work environment.
• Good exposure in writing and optimizing SQL for high-performance systems.
• Understanding of asyncio and eventloop/ uvloop concepts. Knowledge of frameworks such as Quart/ Fastapi/ Starlette is preferred.
• Knowledge of AWS; Caching technologies like Redis, Memcache; ELK; mySQL Databases, etc.
• Strong understanding of System Design, Microservice Architecture, Kafka, Pub/Sub, Message queues, and in-memory data stores etc.
• Customer oriented, responsive to changes, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

 Profile Brief:  

This is a fantastic opportunity to work at the heart of a data driven organisation to shape the business insights crucial to our clients as they return to the workplace. 

You will work closely with the Analytics product owner to build and develop a strong, motivated, cross functional analytics team, delivering high quality, creative solutions for clients.  

You have overall responsible for the analytics development team and delivery. Set the direction to ensure the team can meet the exciting and challenging demands, using different technologies. Own the delivery of the product roadmap and lead through a tight scrum process to deliver quality, timely solutions. 

Work closely with the product owner and client facing teams to ensure the client needs are well understood when developing and delivering innovative solutions.  

The lead role will have experience in leading development teams to deliver web solutions and will have a passion for data and analytics. They will understand how to manage big data and should ideally also have an understanding of industry leading analytics platforms, specifically Tableau. As such, should have experience in leading teams with cross disciplinary skills working on multiple platforms. 

They will be well versed in working across the organisation with senior technical leads to ensure the analytics service and solutions meets the organisational technology standards and delivers secure, compliant and accurate solutions for the client. 

Education 

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent work experience

Key Skills and Experience  

• Required Skills: Team Leadership, Scrum 

• Good to have: JavaScript (ES6+), SQL, Nodejs, React, AWS, TypeScript, amCharts, D3.js (or industry equivalent), Tableau understanding 

Experience: 6-10 years 

• Proven track record in growing and developing a high-performance team.

• In-depth knowledge of regulatory rules surrounding data. 
• Ability to understand, design and fully document end-to-end scalable IoT systems. 
• Knowledge of Well-Architected solutions using AWS Services (eg Lambda, Athena, S3 etc). 
• Knowledge in developing frontend applications and ideally analytics dashboards using .js charts. 
• Comfortable with JavaScript, ES6+, TypeScript & emerging web technologies.

• Rich experience of handling multi-national clients.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 8-12 years of overall experience

• Hands-on with Vue.js, AWS, and AWS Lambda implementation, Serverless Architecture, Microservices Architecture, MongoDB, MySQL, PHP (Laravel)

We are looking for a Developer / Sr. Developer – Flutter responsible for the development and maintenance of applications aimed at a vast number of diverse devices. The primary focus will be the development of web apps in addition to android and iOS mobile apps applications and their integration with back-end services.

We expect the Developer will have a broad experience at MESKYand will play a unique role in the organization.

He / She will be responsible for creating a hybrid application for both iOS and Android using the flutter development framework. This individual should have deep experience contributing to and managing full-scale production applications. The ideal candidate must display excellent written and oral skills with demonstrated interpersonal and organization abilities and must be able to work in a varied, fast-paced product development environment.

In addition, the ability to self-manage and work independently is a must as this role is a remote role.

Responsibilities and Duties:

1. Design and Build sophisticated and highly scalable apps using Flutter.

2. Build custom packages in Flutter using the functionalities and APIs already available in native Android and IOS.

3. Translate and Build the designs and Wireframes into high-quality responsive UI code.

4. Explore feasible architectures for implementing new features.

5. Follow the best practices while developing the app and also keeping everything structured and well documented.

6. Manage the code and project on Git in order to keep in sync with other team members and managers.

7. Communicate with the Project Manager regarding the status of projects and suggest appropriate deadlines for new functionalities.

8. Ensure security guidelines are always followed while developing the app.

9. Maintaining software through product lifecycle including design, development, verification, and bug fixes.

10. Perform time profiling and memory leaks assessment.


Requirements: Attributes, Experience:

2 to 4 Yrs experience.

•  Flutter: To build cross-platform mobile apps for Android, IOS, and Web. This should include making responsive UIs to efficiently query data and also manage states in an optimized manner.
• Firebase: Should have experience with Cloud Firestore, Push Notifications, Cloud Functions, and Analytics
• Adobe XD: Should know how to use Adobe XD to use the design file and use it to build the app.
• Git: To manage and collaborate in different projects with the rest of the team.
• Continuous integration, and experience in deploying apps to AWS, Azure, or any other cloud platforms

Basic Qualifications

• Overall 10+ years of IT Environment Experience.
• 3+ years of experience partnering with business managers to develop technical strategies and architectures to support their objectives
• 3+ years in Azure Data Factory.
• 2 +azure data bricks, azure cosmos DB, multi-factor authentication, event hub, azure active directory, logic apps.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with analytics deployment in the cloud (prefer Azure)
• 5+ years of delivering analytics in modern data architecture (Hadoop, Massively Parallel Processing Database Platforms, and Semantic Modeling)
• Demonstrable knowledge of ETL and ELT patterns and when to use either one; experience selecting among different tools that could be leveraged to accomplish this (Talend, Informatica, Azure Data Factory, SSIS, SAP Data Services)
• Demonstrable knowledge of and experience with different scripting languages (python, JavaScript, PIG, or object-oriented programming like Java or . NET)

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, related field, or equivalent experience
• Experience working with solutions delivery teams using Agile/Scrum or similar methodologies
• 2+ years of experience designing solutions leveraging Microsoft Cortana Intelligence Suite of Products [Azure SQL, Azure SQL DW, Cosmos DB, HDInsight, DataBricks]
• Experience with enterprise systems, like CRM, ERP, Field Services Management, Supply Chain solutions, HR systems
• Ability to work independently, establishing strategic objectives, project plans, and milestones
• Exceptional written, verbal & presentation skills

• Excellent knowledge in one or more of Python/NodeJS REST Frameworks 
• Hands on experience in system architecture and data modelling. Experience with databases like MySQL, Postgres, MongoDB.
• Devops capabilities - with good understanding of deployments and cloud infrastructure. In depth knowledge of container architecture using Docker is must.
