Objectives of this role :
- Work in tandem with our engineering team to identify and implement the most optimal cloud-based solutions for the company
- Define and document best practices and strategies regarding application deployment and infrastructure maintenance
- Provide guidance, thought leadership, and mentorship to developer teams to build their cloud competencies
- Ensure application performance, uptime, and scale, maintaining high standards for code quality and thoughtful design
- Manage cloud environments in accordance with company security guidelines
Job Description :
- Excellent understanding of Cloud Platform (AWS)
- Strong knowledge on AWS Services, design, configuration on enterprise systems
- Good knowledge on Kubernetes configuration, Dockers
- Understanding the needs of the business for defining AWS system specifications
- Understand Architecture Requirements and ensure effective support activities
- Evaluation and choosing suitable AWS Service or and suggesting methods for integration
- Overseeing assigned programs and guiding the team members
- Providing assistance when technical problems arise
- Making sure the agreed infrastructure and architecture are implemented
- Addressing the technical concerns, suggestions, and ideas
- Configure Monitoring systems to make sure they meet business goals as well as user requirements
- Excellent knowledge of AWS IaaS Layer
- Ability to lead & implement PS workloads or POCs
- Ensure continual knowledge management

Job Summary :
- We are seeking an exceptional Business Associate who loves solving complex problems to drive analysis and insights to help our teams make meaningful business decisions.
- The selected candidate will be partnering with key stakeholders, analyzing data, discovering, and solving real-world problems, and building metrics and business cases to help unlock insights that take our business to the next level.
Responsibilities :
- Work with different stakeholders and management teams to consult, develop, and implement key strategic growth projects - will be responsible for end-to-end planning and delivery of growth projects
- Single-handedly lead projects in consultation with senior stakeholders and drive on-ground impact
- Develop a roadmap for the product team and scope medium/long-term interventions to enable the development of world-class tools for our sales team
- Understand and assess customer journey; identify pain points and implement interventions
- Participate in strategic and tactical planning discussions
- Own development and maintenance of new and existing reports focused on analysis of requirements, metrics, and dashboards
- Use statistical methods to identify areas for improvement and make suggestions for streamlining processes
Basic Requirements :
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to partner and work with cross-functional teams
- Ability to draw insights from analysis supported by data and clearly communicate them to the stakeholders and senior management as required
- Be self-driven, and show the ability to deliver on ambiguous projects with incomplete data
- Ability and interest in working in a fast-paced, ambiguous and rapidly changing environment
Additional Plus :
- Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages (Business Objects etc.), databases (SQL etc.), and programming (XML, Javascript, or ETL frameworks)

The opportunity: Job Responsibilities:
• Perform data analysis on large volumes of data to identify trends and/or data processing rules
• Team player of core analytics team.
• Responsible for weekly and monthly Sales/Marketing Reports on Gross and Net basis and other adhoc reports.
• Generating reports on daily basis at all stages ·
• Analyze the data to come out with insights on what leads to better conversions, student preferences, role on various
investments and channels, optimizing the spend etc.
• Prepare reports and dashboard for various business functions to keep track of important business metrics.
• Elicit and document requirements at various levels including Business, Logical and Physical/Technical
Skill Sets
• Good hands-on Advanced Excel & SQL.
• Has extensively worked on live Dashboards, reporting, data manipulation and making flat tables in SQL
• Knowledge in Python/R
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data
• Natural curiosity and self-drive to understand the broader business in order to provide the appropriate reporting support
• Extremely high ownership, self-starter and work in a constantly-changing and fast-growing environment
• Establish collaborative and trusting relationships with the business’s key internal leaders and stakeholders in order to ensure that there is a free flow of ideas and information across the business
• First principle thinking and strong problem solving
