Job Description – Google Adwords Specialist
We are looking for someone with great hands-on experience in managing Google AdWords. The candidate will be responsible for
optimizing Google AdWords campaigns. He/She must be well-versed with the best practices and need to know the right way to create compelling ads to catch the attention of potential customers. The primary responsibilities will be maintaining the Google Ad accounts of clients and analyzing the results to identify patterns and trends that can
help improve the campaign results.
Responsibilities:
-Manage all aspects of Google Ad campaigns end-to-end
-Create and optimize ad campaigns and paid search landing pages to increase return on investment (ROI)
-Use Google Ads to drive a variety of online marketing campaigns and develop PPC strategies to increase online visibility
-Ability to communicate with clients directly and present reports daily, weekly and monthly basis. Handle clients independently.
-Setup, run, and continuously monitor all campaigns for maximum performance on key funnel KPIs
-Set up A/B tests and champion a test and learn approach to inform our best path to continuous growth
-Should have a fair knowledge of all the Google tools like merchant center, webmasters, analytics, etc.
-Actively seeks solutions through logical reasoning and data interpretation skills and identifies trends to appropriate channels including improvement suggestions
-Maintain and monitor keyword bids, account daily and monthly budget caps, impression share, quality score and other important account metrics.
-Optimize all PPC activity, including bid management, copywriting and competitor benchmarking
-Provide recommendations and execute strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting, display network, and other facets of paid search in accordance with client goals.
-Keep pace with search engine and PPC industry trends and developments.
-Monitor and administer web analytics dashboards, reports and key reporting tools, and point out key areas of importance in accordance client goals.
Desired Candidate Profile:
-Prior agency experience in handling Paid campaign accounts of high budget.
-Should possess analytical skills and can leverage data, metrics, analytics, and consumer behavior trends to generate creative ideas and find opportunities for optimization.
-Should be a highly goal-oriented individual who is resilient in your pursuit of growth.
-Should have a self starter mentality, a strong sense of ownership , and an appetite for learning.
-Experience of managing multiple PPC campaigns simultaneously
-AdWords certification a plus.
-Experience in growth strategies and media planning & brand uplift
-Proven track record of successfully leading enterprise-level paid search accounts by supporting from media planning to execution
-Strong hold on creating & implementing Search, Shopping, Video, and App Install campaigns and build data-driven strategies to deliver consistent growth
-Core understanding of conversions tracking and attribution modeling including pixel/tags creations, conversion setting, look back window, and custom variables
-Strong PPT and Excel skills as well as data analysis & problem-solving abilities.
-Detailed understanding of marketing concepts & brand communications.

A bit about yourself :-
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
• Approximately 3-5 years experience in a digital media agency
• Specialization in SEM (Google Adwords, Bing, Yahoo, Baidu, Naver, etc)
• Experience with planning and running larger-scale PPC campaigns across multiple markets. Experience with DS3 (bid management platforms e.g. Marin, Kenshoo) would be plus
• Doubleclick or Adwords certification
• Proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookups, etc)
• A passion for everything digital, with an active interest and understanding of online advertising industry trends
• Strong understanding of optimization levers & testing approaches
