Role Summary
Own the design and implementation of the contract generation capability in
C3/Salesforce—including canonical template modeling, field mappings, merge logic, and
approval workflows—and deliver a pilot/MVP that enables automated, correct contract
generation.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end build of merge templates and document generation flows for contract
types in Salesforce/C3; establish reusable patterns and governance.
Translate business requirements into technical designs (data model, mapping, merge rules,
validation/approvals) and own backlog grooming and sprint readiness.
Implement in Salesforce using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, Approvals,

Set engineering standards (coding guidelines, branching, CI/CD), perform code reviews, and
mentor developers; ensure performance, security, and auditability.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Salesforce: Apex, LWC/Lightning, Flows, Approvals, SOQL/SOSL; experience integrating
third-party systems via REST/SOAP; strong understanding of template merge and document
generation.
Prior experience with C3 is necessary.
Data & Mapping: Designing canonical models, field mappings, clause/section metadata;
error handling and reconciliation.
Dev Practices: Git-based workflows, CI/CD (Azure DevOps/GitHub), unit/integration tests,
performance tuning, security (profiles, roles, sharing).
Leadership & Collaboration: Lead a small agile squad, partner with BAs/Architects, and
communicate clearly with business/legal stakeholders.
IT Operations Management:
Oversee daily IT operations including infrastructure, service desk, data center,
and network management.
Ensure high availability, performance, and security of all IT services and
platforms.
Implement and uphold ITIL best practices across incident, change, problem, and
service management.
Lead and mentor the IT operations team to achieve performance and service
excellence.
Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement in IT service delivery.
Presales Support for Managed Services:

Identify risks and mitigation strategies during the transition phase.
