The ideal candidate will be responsible for strategizing, implementing, and analyzing ad campaigns to drive engagement, traffic, and conversions for our tech solutions and services.
📌 Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and execute paid ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube).
- Analyze performance metrics and adjust ad strategy to improve ROI, CTR, and CPC.
- Develop and schedule social media content aligned with campaign goals and brand voice.
- Conduct A/B testing and optimize ad creatives, audiences, and placements.
- Track KPIs and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to create compelling ad creatives.
✅ Requirements:
- Proven experience (2–4 years) managing Meta and Google ad campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Analytics.
- Experience with audience segmentation, pixel tracking, retargeting, and conversion optimization.
- Understanding of SEO and organic social media growth strategies is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

What You'll Do
You will be part of our data platform & data engineering team. As part of this agile team, you will work in our cloud native environment and perform following activities to support core product development and client specific projects:
- You will develop the core engineering frameworks for an advanced self-service data analytics product.
- You will work with multiple types of data storage technologies such as relational, blobs, key-value stores, document databases and streaming data sources.
