Who are we looking for?
At Airblack, we're entering a path of exponential growth, aiming to grow our revenue tenfold within the next two years while bolstering our profitability. In this pivotal phase, we seek a dynamic Performance Marketer responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing high-performing advertising campaigns across various online channels, including Google Ads and Meta Ads, to increase company sales and brand awareness. This role requires a combination of analytical, creative, and strategic thinking to develop scalable and efficient campaign structures.

What would you be doing?
- Performance Marketing: Develop, execute and manage lead acquisition for the Airblack inside-sales team by efficiently planning, executing and scaling up performance marketing campaigns on Facebook, Google and other digital media platforms
- Perform daily account management, check campaign performance, and adjust bids to enhance campaign efficiency.
- Optimize performance across ad channels by testing and tuning ads, keywords, and bid strategies.
- Analytics & Instrumentation: Contribute to the analytics muscle of the Growth function with in-depth data analyses and set-up tech instrumentation to scale operations
- Experimentation & User Insights: Deliver continuous user insights, solutions discovery and experimentations across both 0-to-1 and scale-up revenue initiatives
- Go-To-Market Operations: Execute end-to-end operations on GTM, leads CRM and revenue optimization initiatives.
- Creative Strategy: Be a creative powerhouse in acquisition advertising by ideating and producing best-in-class video and static ad properties, user communications and landing pages
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with the Growth, Design, Brand, Tech, Product and Inside-sales functions to advance cross-function revenue and profitability goals.
- Key Ownership: Own key metrics like ROAS, CAC, Lead Conversion % and Revenue
What makes you a suitable candidate?
We would love to hear from you if you meet the qualifications below:
- Experience: 1+ years in digital performance marketing with a high-growth startup preferably in the education / ed-tech space
- Understanding of custom audiences and lookalike audiences.
- Ability to generate and install the Facebook pixel, and Google Analytics.
- Strong understanding of bidding techniques (AutoBid, CPC, CPM, oCPM)
- Expertise in creating ads and ad copies.
- Education: A bachelor's degree in any discipline is required from a tier 1 college
- You have managed upwards of 20 Lakhs in ad spending
- You are a marketing geek and can come up with creative ideas at scale
- You are thoroughly data-driven in decision-making; with good Excel skills. Experience in SQL is a bonus!
- You have a proven track record of taking high ownership and willingness to execute hands-on when needed
- You have a knack for driving 0-to-1 rapid experimentation initiatives and 1-100 standardized operational initiatives

Position Overview & Priorities:
The DevOps Engineer will be responsible for effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems and software using Infrastructure as Code. This can include the provision of cloud instances, streamlining deployments, configuring virtual instances, scaling out DB servers.
Primary responsibility would be:
- Oversight of all server environments, from Dev through Production.
- Work on an infrastructure that is 100% on AWS.
- Work on CI/CD tooling which is used to build and deploy code to our cloud.
- Assist with day-to-day issue management.

- Research, design and implement solutions for fault tolerance, monitoring, performance enhancement, capacity optimization, and configuration management of systems and applications.
