Digital Marketing Manager

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect who will drive architecture governance, standardization, and alignment across digital and technology initiatives. The role focuses on establishing and enforcing enterprise architecture frameworks, leading architecture reviews, managing demand, and enabling end-to-end (E2E) architecture consistency across multiple business entities.

Key Responsibilities

• Define, maintain, and evolve the Enterprise Architecture (EA) framework aligned with business and technology strategy.
• Lead architecture governance, including conducting Architecture Review Boards (ARB) and ensuring adherence to defined standards.
• Perform architecture assessments and solution reviews to ensure compliance, scalability, and integration alignment.
• Manage architecture demand intake and prioritization aligned with enterprise principles.
• Establish and manage a structured EA approval process via Jira, ensuring tracking, auditability, and SLA adherence.
• Coordinate with offshore teams to streamline review cycles and ensure timely approvals.
• Drive end-to-end (E2E) architecture alignment across business, application, data, integration, and technology domains.
• Coordinate architecture activities across multiple entities to avoid siloed implementations.
• Lead application rationalization initiatives to optimize the application landscape.
• Ensure architecture compliance across all technology initiatives.
• Facilitate collaboration between business, digital, and technology teams.
• Maintain and enhance enterprise knowledge repositories (Confluence / JIRA/ EA tools).
• Define and track architecture KPIs such as approval turnaround time and compliance adherence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture or Solution Architecture roles.
• Strong experience in architecture governance, reviews, and compliance enforcement.
• Hands-on exposure to end-to-end enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, integration platforms).
• Strong stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• TOGAF, Zachman, or equivalent certification.
• Experience in multi-entity enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of integration architecture (APIs, middleware).
• Experience with application portfolio management.
• Familiarity with EA tools, Jira, and Confluence.
• Exposure to cloud architectures and modern platforms.

Responsibilities: 

• Develop and maintain high-quality, efficient, and scalable backend applications. 
• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) 
• Write clean, well-documented, and testable code adhering to best practices. 
• Collaborate with team members to ensure the successful delivery of projects. 
• Debug and troubleshoot complex technical problems. 
• Identify and implement performance optimizations. 
• Participate in code reviews 
• Hands-on experience with Springboot, Java 8 and above. 
• 5-8 years of experience developing Java applications. 
• Knowledge about at least one messaging system like Kafka, RabbitMQ etc. 
• Required React developer requirements, qualifications & skills: 
• Proficiency in React.js and its core principles 
• Strong JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3 skills 
• Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Redux) 
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles. 
• Experience with design patterns and best practices for Java development. 
• Proficient in unit testing frameworks (e.g., JUnit). 
• Experience with build automation tools (e.g., Maven, Gradle). 
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git). 
• Experience with one of these databases – Postgres, MongoDb, Cassandra 
• Knowledge on Retail or OMS is a plus. 
• Experienced in containerized deployments using Docker, Kubernetes and DevOps mindset 
• Ability to reverse engineer existing/legacy and document findings on confluence. 
• Create automated tests for unit, integration, regression, performance, and functional testing, to meet established expectations and acceptance criteria. 
• Document APIs using Lowe’s established tooling. 

Job Responsibilities-

• Be in charge of running and managing the team on a daily basis
• Set performance targets for all associates in the team to meet up with overall process objectives
• Schedule and organize shift patterns for team members to ensure that the process is adequately staffed to meet the SLA's
• Monitor files of team members to ensure that due procedures and quality standards are strictly adhered to
• Conduct regular reviews of all agents performance and organize training sessions for underperformers
• Submit regular reports to management and seek new ideas and strategies to improve performance at the center
• Manage the daily team activities and operations
• Drive Team adherence and manage to schedule
• Managing Escalations (Internal & External)

Job Requirement-

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Must have handled a team size of minimum 5-10 people in his/her current role
• Should be comfortable with reports, dashboards & share insights from data to improve the process.
• Proficient in MS Office, Skype
• Experience in international KPO/BPO will be an added advantage
• Thorough understanding of operations metric, people practices (Score calculations, Parameters, Ratings, Attrition)
• Should ready to work in night shift
• Any degree required
• Should have minimum 1 to 2 years relevant experience

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelors/Masters' degree in related field
• 4-6 years of experience in PR, branding or a related field

• Prior B2B or startup experience preferred    

As a Senior Software Engineer - I,you'll take on complex problems that span multiple components and teams. As SSE - I, you could expect to: 

• Independently own one or more multiple modules, which includes: requirement analysis, design, development, maintenance & support
• Write extensive, efficient code to address complex modules and that handles interaction between multiple components. 
• Rapidly iterate to add new functionalities and solves complex problems with simple and intuitive solutions
• Produce architecture with clean interfaces, that are efficient and scalable
• Participate and contribute to architectural discussions
• Perform design and code reviews
• Perform technical feasibility and trade off studies & guides others to perform these studies
• Solve production issues. Investigate and provide solutions to minimize the business impact due to outage
• Continuously improve performance metrics of modules you own.
• Actively mentor and develop junior developers in all software development practices
• Participate in the hiring process (referrals, interviews, attending recruiting events or writing blogs)
• Onboard and mentors new team members, helps shape the culture of the team
• Collaborate effectively across teams to solve problems, execute and deliver results

Minimum Requirements: 

• A minimum of 4 years of relevant software development experience

Build reusable APIs for our client-facing apps in Node.js

Create and maintain scalable infrastructure leveraging modern cloud platforms Write tests and documentation as you implement features with your team Maintain expertise in current and emerging technologies and tools

4+ years’ Experience with NodeJS

BS degree or higher in Computer Science or Engineering Experience documenting and testing RESTful APIs

Experience working with databases in PostgreSQL, MongoDB or Redis

Experience and enthusiasm for working collaboratively with others in an Agile environment
