• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and secure web and desktop applications using .NET

technologies.

• Design, develop, and maintain web and desktop applications using .NET Framework and .NET

Core technologies.

• Build scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications using ASP.NET, MVC, and Web

API.

• Develop and optimize data access layers using Entity Framework and interact with SQL Server

or other relational databases.

• Implement responsive front-end interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern

frameworks like Angular or React.

• Ensure cross-platform compatibility and responsiveness for web applications.

• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following coding standards and best practices.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, testers, and other developers

throughout the SDLC.

• Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.

• Ensure application security, scalability, and reliability.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

• 5+ years of professional experience in .NET application development.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in .NET development.

• Strong hands-on experience with C#, ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core, and Web API.

• Proficiency in Entity Framework and SQL Server or other relational databases.

• Solid front-end development skills with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and experience with Angular or

React.

• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns.

• Experience in full-stack development with an ability to manage both backend and frontend

requirements.

• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.

• Excellent debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

We are looking for a Design Supervisor to lead & manage web design teams for high-performance consumer websites. Drive design quality, process efficiency, & cross-functional collaboration while mentoring teams & delivering scalable digital solutions.

Required Candidate profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Web Design or related field

• 8-12 yrs of web design experience

• Strong HTML5, CSS3, JS, Bootstrap, SASS skills

Responsibilities:

●     Develop and execute test cases, scripts, plans, and procedures (manual and automated) to ensure the quality of software products

●     Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs

●     Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved

●     Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development life cycle

●     Investigate the causes of non-conforming software and provide solutions

●     Team handling capabilities

Requirement:

●     Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field

●     6+ years of experience in software testing

●     Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.

●     Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases

●     Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing

●     Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process using tools like JIRA.

●     Hands-on Experience in Behavior-Driven Framework, e.g. Cucumber

●     Experience in web automation testing using tools like selenium and API automation tools like RestAssured, karate etc.

●     Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus

Overview:

• We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager or Tech Lead to join our dynamic team in the fintech industry, focusing on stockbroking solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and leadership experience, with proficiency in our tech stacks: React.js, Flutter, Golang, and MongoDB.

• Partners with business stakeholders to translate business objectives into clearly defined analytical projects.
• Identify opportunities for text analytics and NLP to enhance the core product platform, select the best machine learning techniques for the specific business problem and then build the models that solve the problem.

• 12 to 15 yrs of experience.
• An advanced degree in predictive analytics, machine learning, artificial intelligence; or a degree in programming and significant experience with text analytics/NLP. He shall have a strong background in machine learning (unsupervised and supervised techniques). In particular, excellent understanding of machine learning techniques and algorithms, such as k-NN, Naive Bayes, SVM, Decision Forests, logistic regression, MLPs, RNNs, etc.
• Experience with text mining, parsing, and classification using state-of-the-art techniques.
• Experience with information retrieval, Natural Language Processing, Natural Language
• Understanding and Neural Language Modeling.
• Ability to evaluate the quality of ML models and to define the right performance metrics for models in accordance with the requirements of the core platform.
• Experience in the Python data science ecosystem: Pandas, NumPy, SciPy, sci-kit-learn, NLTK, Gensim, etc.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, particularly possessing the ability to share technical results and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
