• Should have deep functional knowledge especially in HCM core modules having done 4-6 implementations across industries.
• Has to understand best practices and can lead solutioning,
• Has good understanding of the tech involved.
• Speaks the HR lingo and can build confidence and trust among HR managers/CHRO
• Excellent communicator and leader
• 12-15 years of relevant experience with at least 6 in HCM implementation. Domain experience in HR function can be an advantage if in multinational organizations in any industry, or in evolved IT services companies.

As a Front-end Developer, your responsibility would be to create visual elements that users see and interact within our web platform. This makes your role crucial for the success of the product. We are looking for an exceptional problem solver, with attention to details. You will be working closely with design, product management and development teams to create elegant, usable, responsive and interactive interfaces across multiple devices.

You must take responsible actions in ensuring the application is optimised both in terms of technology and in delivering the best educational content.

Requirements:

• Great programming skills
• Fundamentals of JavaScript and ES modules, new ECMASCRIPT concepts
• Experience in ReactJS web app development (1-4 years)

• Good HTML and CSS skills
• Experience in React-Native app development
• Ability to work in small teams and wear multiple hats
