Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and organized HR cum Admin Executive to manage both human resources and administrative operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day office functioning, maintaining facilities, and supporting HR processes efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee building and facility maintenance – ensure all infrastructure, utilities, and services are running smoothly
• Handle vendor management, AMC coordination, housekeeping, and security supervision
• Manage HR activities, including recruitment, attendance, payroll coordination, and employee engagement
• Maintain administrative records, handle procurement, and support day-to-day office operations
• Liaise with management for operational and manpower planning

Requirements / Ideal Candidate:

• Has strong experience in facility/building management and administration
• Good understanding of HR processes and documentation
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Proactive, reliable, and able to handle responsibilities independently

Skills Required: C Programming, Device Driver Development, BSP, U-Boot, Board Bring-up

Location: Bangalore

Experience 3 to 6yrs

Education/Qualification: B.E/B.Tech (EEE / ECE)

Domain: - Bootloader, Linux BSP, Device driver for Ethernet, PCIe, USB, etc

○    U-Boot and Linux porting / upgrading to ARM based SoC

○    Device drivers for SPI, I2C, Touch screen, MEMS Sensors

○    Device drivers for Audio, camera, display etc.

Additional considerations:-

Must have: - Ground up driver development and debugging experience

Should have knowledge of web frameworks, such as Django, HTML and CSS and Python programming language.

Should have relevant work experience in coding and web development.
Good knowledge of Python and Django
Good knowledge of HTML5, CSS3 and Javascript,
Good knowledge of MY SQL database
Knowledge of Django REST framework, API.

Education Qualification- bachelor's degree in computer science, information management systems or a related field.

Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Responsibilities-

• Developing new user-facing features using React.js, HTML5, CSS3
• Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
• Translating designs and wireframes into high quality code
• Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers

skills-

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
• Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3 concepts
• Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles
• Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux)
• Familiarity with newer specifications of EcmaScript
• Experience with data structure libraries (e.g., Immutable.js)
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs
• Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token
• Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools
• Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.

• Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
• Developing & maintaining successful business relationships with all prospects and actively manage the progression of sales opportunities.
• Actively team with business partners and technical sales team to successfully close opportunities.
• Commit to and deliver results based on monthly targets/forecasts.
• Able to generate leadsvia Linkedin, social media and Email Marketing etc.
