• Strong Product Security Engineer profiles
• Mandatory (Experience 1) – Must have 3+ years of hands-on experience in Security Engineering, preferably in B2B SaaS or Fintech environments.
• Mandatory (Experience 2) – Strong working knowledge of Cloud Security (AWS), Infrastructure Security, and Application Security.
• Mandatory (Experience 3) – Must have hands-on experience with compliance frameworks and audits, including SOC 2, GDPR, and ISO 27001.
• Mandatory (Experience 4) – Experience in setting up, managing, and tracking security tools such as MDM, endpoint agents, and related security tooling.
• Mandatory (Experience 5) – Background in building and scaling security practices for early-stage startups (preferably Series A–C).
• Good to Have (Certification 1) – Relevant security certifications such as CISSP, CEH, OSCP, or equivalent.

Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of marketing executives to ensure business development goals and sales targets are met.

Business Growth: Identify new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, and networking, and guide the team to execute strategies effectively.

Sales Management: Promote and sell products/services, assisting the team in closing deals and fostering customer loyalty.

Customer Relationship: Build and nurture strong customer relationships, ensuring exceptional after-sales support for long-term satisfaction.

Strategic Planning: Develop and implement marketing strategies in collaboration with the marketing team to execute campaigns, promotions, and on-ground activations.

Market & Competitor Analysis: Oversee market research efforts to identify trends, emerging opportunities, and competitive insights.

Performance Monitoring: Monitor and track sales activities, ensuring team members maintain accurate records of leads, calls, and meetings.

Collaboration & Reporting: Work closely with senior leadership and the marketing team for content, campaign strategies, and event planning. Submit detailed reports on team performance and key metrics.

About the Role :

As the Executive Assistant to the CMO, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the CMO in managing daily activities, ensuring smooth operations, and facilitating effective communication. This position requires a high level of professionalism, discretion, and organizational skills. The successful candidate will be a proactive problem solver with the ability to anticipate needs and execute tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Calendar Management: Coordinate and manage the CMO's schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Prioritize and schedule activities to ensure optimal use of the CMO's time.

• Communication and Correspondence: Act as the primary point of contact between the CMO and internal/external stakeholders. Draft and proofread emails, letters, reports, and other documents on behalf of the CMO.

• Information Management: Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Organize and manage files, records, and documents to facilitate easy access and retrieval.

• Reports and Special Projects: Coordinate with various departments to gather information and updates on key projects. Assist in the execution of initiatives as directed by the CMO and department heads.

• Meeting Preparation and Follow-up: Prepare agendas, materials, and documentation for meetings attended by the CMO. Attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion.

• Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Serve as a liaison between the CMO and other team members, providing support and fostering effective communication.

• Problem Solving: Proactively identify challenges and offer solutions to enhance the CMO's productivity and efficiency.
