Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on engineering leader who can own technical design and drive end-to-end development of scalable, high-quality systems. This role requires strong architectural depth, coding excellence, and the ability to mentor engineers while building production-grade applications in a fast-paced agile environment.

You will lead by example — designing systems, writing clean code, solving complex problems, and ensuring engineering best practices across the stack.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical design and architecture discussions (HLD & LLD).
• Build scalable, modular, and testable systems with strong engineering fundamentals.
• Own complex features end-to-end — design, development, testing, and optimization.
• Write high-quality, production-ready code with strong unit test coverage.
• Ensure clean code practices (SOLID principles, modular design, reusability).
• Drive engineering quality within CI/CD environments.
• Debug and resolve complex issues across distributed systems and APIs.
• Mentor engineers and elevate overall code quality standards.

Core Technical Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in:

GenAI & AI Stack Expertise

• Hands-on experience with GenAI frameworks and LLM integrations.

• Understanding of AI cost optimization strategies.
• Ability to debug AI pipelines and optimize model interactions.

Educational Qualification

Key Responsibilities:

Exchange Circular Compliance:

• Monitor, Analyze, and interpret circulars, notifications, and directives issued by exchanges (e.g., NSE, BSE) and regulatory bodies (e.g., SEBI).
• Assess the impact of new circulars on business processes and operational procedures.
• Coordinate with relevant departments (e.g., trading, operations, IT) to ensure timely implementation of applicable circular requirements.
• Maintain a circular tracker and ensure that actions taken are documented and auditable.
• Draft and update internal compliance manuals and SOPs based on circulars and regulatory changes.
• Communicate relevant regulatory changes across the organization in an accessible and actionable format.

Audit Management (Internal & External):

• Lead and coordinate periodic internal audits and regulatory/exchange inspections.
• Liaise with auditors (statutory, internal, SEBI, exchange-appointed) and ensure all required documentation and data are prepared and submitted.
• Address audit observations and implement corrective action plans in collaboration with other teams.
• Maintain audit logs, evidence, and historical audit records for regulatory reference and future inspections.
• Ensure closure of non-compliance issues raised during audits within stipulated timelines.
• Conduct periodic internal compliance checks to identify gaps and improve readiness for inspections.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, Finance, Commerce, OR CA.
• 5-6 years of experience in compliance within a brokerage, stock exchange, or financial services environment.
• Strong understanding of SEBI regulations and exchange rules.
• Experience handling audits and regulatory inspections, including SEBI and exchange audits.
• Excellent document management, reporting, and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with compliance tracking tools and audit software is an advantage.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to interface with regulators and auditors.

Preferred Certifications

• NISM Series certifications

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with managers, designers, and backend developers to gather requirements and create a Flow and strategy for mobile applications.

- Integrate mobile applications with Laravel-based APIs, handling data exchange and ensuring data security.

- Write clean, efficient, and scalable code following industry best practices and coding standards.

- Build responsive and visually appealing user interfaces based on design specifications and UX guidelines.

Qualifications:

Responsibilities:

Non-Direct Routing (NDR) Optimization:

- Develop and implement strategies to optimize NDR processes, minimizing transportation costs while maintaining service levels.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (sales, procurement, customer service) to identify NDR opportunities and -streamline order fulfillment.

- Manage carrier and logistics service provider relationships, negotiating rates, managing contracts, and ensuring compliance with routing guidelines.

Reverse Logistics (RVP) Management:

- Oversee the RVP process, encompassing returns, exchanges, and product recalls, to minimize costs and maximize recovery value.

- Partner with customer service, repair, and warehouse teams to streamline RVP processes and improve customer satisfaction.

- Manage relationships with reverse logistics partners, vendors, and service providers to ensure timely and efficient processing of returns and exchanges.

Pickup Coordination:

- Coordinate pickups from various locations (suppliers, warehouses, distribution centers) to optimize transportation efficiency and minimize costs.

- Schedule and monitor pickup activities, track shipment status, and resolve any issues or delays to ensure on-time pickup and delivery.

- Communicate pickup schedules and requirements to carriers and internal stakeholders for alignment with logistics plans.

Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement:

- Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure logistics performance in areas like on-time - pickup/delivery, NDR utilization, and RVP processing time.

- Analyze logistics data and performance metrics to identify trends, root causes of issues, and opportunities for improvement.

- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing process improvements, best practices, and technology solutions to enhance logistics efficiency and customer service.

Qualifications:

- Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).

- 1-3 years of experience in logistics operations, transportation management, or a similar role.

- Proven track record of identifying and implementing logistics process improvements.

- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across departments.

- Experience working with transportation management systems (TMS) a plus
