Role: Engineer/Sr Engineer -Java 

SUMMARY OF THE POSITION: 

The Product Development Engineer is responsible for the front-end development of modules for enlivening CEM. 

The engineer is responsible for end to end delivery of specific components in the module and integrating them with existing modules 

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Working with technical architects, able to convert the architecture into design and code in Java (Spring Boot), AngularJS, and NodeJS. 

• Able to generate LLD documents. 

• Ability to write Quality code with minimum defects. 

• Unit Test and follow the coding standards. 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS: 

• 5+ years of strong programming and logical skills in Java (Spring Boot), AngularJS, Object-Oriented Javascript, NodeJS and HTML5 

• Hands-on Experience with Java (Spring Boot), and MySQL is mandatory. Must have completed at least 2 full projects using Spring boot and AngularJS.

• Excellent knowledge and experience in Spring JPA and RESTful web services implementation.

• NodeJS experience is value add 

• Should have participated in, and be familiar with, Agile (Scrum) project methodology and practices.

• Must be able to mentor and guide junior technical resources. 

• One who is proactive and comes forward with technology-related initiatives. Motivated selfstarter. 

• Good communication skills. English - Oral and Written.

The ideal candidate should be creative, have an eye for detail, and be able to work independently.

• Design various creative materials such as logos, brochures, and other marketing materials as needed
• Work closely with the creative team to brainstorm ideas and concepts for designs
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop a cohesive look and feel for marketing materials
• Stay up to date on trends in graphic design
• Assist in establishing brand guidelines and standards
• Prepare artwork for printing
• Assist in web designing

• An ability to identify, develop and implement solutions to gaps to meet the needs of the business Qualifications
• Extensive Experience in PA, OM, TM (Position & negative) & PY Module.
• ESS & MSS Support.
• SAP HR/HCM Audit skill.
• Very good in PCR & Schema.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience as an SAP HCM Consultant.

Requirements:

• 4+ Years of experience as a Tally Developer
• Insightful knowledge in building TDLs for Tally
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Do high-level technical design with guidance, functional modeling, break-down of the module by thinking platforms, and re-use.
• Sense of ownership and attention to detail.
