Position: Domestic Recruiter

 Location: Hyderabad

 Experience: Freshers / Entry-level

 Roles & Responsibilities:

Sourcing and screening candidates for domestic requirements

Posting jobs on portals and social media platforms

Coordinating interviews with candidates and hiring managers

Maintaining candidate databases and reports

End-to-end recruitment support

 Requirements:

Any graduate (MBA HR preferred)

Good communication skills

Basic knowledge of recruitment process

Willingness to learn and grow in HR domain

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end US IT recruitment operations

Monitor submissions, interviews, and placements

Coordinate with recruiters, account managers, and clients

Build and maintain vendor/client relationships

Track KPIs, team performance, and delivery metrics

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in US IT staffing

Strong understanding of W2, C2C, and 1099 hiring models

Proven team handling experience

Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Chit Fund Administrator – 2+ years of experience

• Bench Sales Recruiter – 0-4 years of experience (Night shift, Very Very Urgent)

• Financial Analyst – 1–5 years of experience (Preferred: CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) / CFA. Freshers with M. Com, B. Com, or HR Finance backgrounds encouraged).
