YEARS OF EXPERIENCE : 2 - 5 years Roles and Responsibility: Job role: The manager would be responsible for the daily running and management of the lead generation team through the effective use of resources. He/She will have responsibility for meeting, and possibly setting, lead generation targets as well as planning areas of improvement or development. He/She will ensure that calls and emails are answered by staff within agreed time-scale and in an appropriate manner. Responsibilities: Managing the daily running of the lead generation, including sourcing equipment, effective resource planning and implementing strategies and operations. Ensuring all relevant communications, records and data are updated and recorded Advising prospects on products and services available. Liaising with stakeholders to gather information and resolve issues/queries. Coordinating with Regional Sales Managers to ensure quality of leads, gain feedback and maintain a healthy pipeline Monitoring calls to improve quality minimise errors and track operative performance. Handling the most complex customer enquiries. Required Skills :- Detailed understanding and experience with the SAP HANA technology Minimum of 2 full life cycle implementations in SAP HANA SAP HANA modeling and scripting experience which includes ability to write complex stored procedures and scripted HANA views using SQL. Implement data models with SAP HANA using analytical and calculation views. Monitor, investigate and optimize these models and reporting performance on SAP HANA. Administer data models in SAP HANA, including setting of information validation rules, managing schemas, the importing/exporting and transporting of data models. Evaluate the impact of different implementation options such as table joins, aggregation, or filters and understand the implication on performance of the various reporting tools and connection types. Apply advanced data modeling techniques, including currency conversion, variables and input parameters. Implement decision automation using business rules. Working knowledge of various data loading and replication methods so to load data into SAP HANA from different data sources (e.g. SAP Landscape Transformation (SLT), SAP Data Services, or Direct Extractor Connection (DXC)) is desirable. Apply SQL Script to enhance the data models in SAP HANA using AFL, CE functions, and ANSI-SQL Understand and implement HANA Security model. Refer the JD above. We are implementing a NetSuite ERP integration with Salesforce. Most of the task would be involved in SuiteScripts. Salesforce developer is already hired but someone with both skills is preferred not mandatory.
