
We are seeking a Delivery-Driven ERP Project Manager to lead and ensure the successful
implementation of ERP solutions across multiple client engagements. The role requires strong expertise in business requirement analysis, ERP implementation life-cycle, sprint planning, and delivery governance to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
The candidate will act as the single point of accountability between clients, functional
consultants, and development teams.
Key Responsibilities
1. Requirement Structuring & BRD Governance
- Lead detailed requirement discovery workshops with clients
- Convert BRD into structured functional specifications
- Break requirements into clear development tasks and sprint deliverables
- Ensure business expectations are clearly aligned with ERP capabilities.
2. Delivery Planning & Timeline Enforcement
- Create project roadmaps, sprint plans, and milestone schedules
- Ensure development teams adhere to weekly delivery targets
- Track progress through task boards, sprint reviews, and delivery dashboards
- Escalate delays proactively and drive corrective actions.
3. Developer Coordination & Productivity Monitoring
- Assign tasks to developers based on module expertise
- Monitor development progress and ensure coding tasks match functional scope
- Identify bottlenecks, technical blockers, or misalignment early
- Ensure proper documentation of modules, configurations, and customisation.
4. Client Communication & Expectation Management
- Act as primary project interface with clients
- Provide weekly progress updates and milestone reports
- Manage change requests and prevent uncontrolled scope expansion
- Maintain alignment between client expectations and delivery timelines.
5. Testing & Quality Assurance
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Ensure issues raised during UAT are tracked and resolved systematically
- Validate functional correctness before deployment.
6. Deployment & Go-Live Management
- Plan production deployments, data migration, and go-live support
- Ensure smooth transition from implementation to support
- Maintain post-go-live stabilisation plans.
