We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) – ERP Sales to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ERP software sales or any kind of software selling, excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to identify and convert leads into long-term business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote and sell ERP solutions.
• Identify potential clients, generate leads, and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
• Present and demonstrate ERP solutions to prospective clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and close deals to achieve sales targets.
• Work closely with the technical and implementation teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Provide feedback on customer requirements and contribute to product enhancements.
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in ERP sales or any kind of software selling with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Strong understanding of ERP solutions and business processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to generate leads and build long-term business relationships.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented approach.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel as required.
