About the Role

We are looking for a passionate AI/ML Software Engineer to join our product team and help build intelligent, scalable, and production-ready machine learning solutions. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to integrate AI capabilities into core product features and drive data-driven innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models into production environments
• Build and maintain scalable ML pipelines for data processing, training, and inference

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s engineering degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field
• Strong programming skills in Python (experience with Java/Go is a plus)
• Hands-on experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn
• Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and statistical concepts
• Experience in building and deploying ML models in production
• Familiarity with REST APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
• Experience with data processing tools (Pandas, NumPy, Spark, etc.)
• Knowledge of version control systems like Git 

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a sales plan to meet and exceed revenue targets for Muoro’s service offerings.

• Identify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities across the Start-ups, Mid-market, and Enterprises.

• Build strong relationships with decision-makers (CTOs, Engineering Heads, Product Leaders) and navigate complex sales cycles.

• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals that articulate Muoro’s unique value proposition.

• Work closely with the product and delivery teams to understand capacity, talent availability, and ramp-up timelines.

• Negotiate commercial terms and contracts with clients, ensuring profitable deals which aligns with Muoro’s business objectives.

• Track sales metrics (pipeline, conversion rate, deal size, sales cycle length), and prepare regular reporting for the Sales Director and leadership team.

• Provide feedback from the market to inform product development, pricing, and service offerings, etc.

• Represent Muoro at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.

• Use Consultative approach to promote - Data Analytics, AI, Cloud and Application development etc.

• Build a strong relationship with technology ecosystem partners.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 7+ years in B2B sales in a technology services or IT consulting firm; prior experience in selling engineering services, remote teams, or managed services is a strong plus.

• Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in closing enterprise or mid-market deals, meeting or exceeding sales quotas.

• Technical Acumen: Comfortable discussing software development, engineering team structures, and remote working models.

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to present to C-level executives.

• Negotiation: Strong negotiation skills and experience of deal structuring.

• Lead Generation: Experience in generating leads via outbound prospecting, networking, etc.

• Analytical Orientation: Ability to analyze sales data, build forecasts, and make data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Lead PCB design projects from concept through production, including schematic capture, layout, and design reviews.

2.Define system architecture and translate requirements into optimized PCB designs.

3.Ensure compliance with signal integrity (SI), power integrity (PI), EMI/EMC standards, and manufacturability guidelines.

4.Conduct design validation and testing of prototypes, debugging issues using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and other lab equipment.

5.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (software, mechanical, manufacturing) to ensure seamless integration.

6. Drive component selection with emphasis on footprint compatibility, thermal management, and supply chain availability.

7.Maintain detailed documentation including PCB design files, fabrication notes, and assembly instructions.

Technical Skills Required:

1.Strong knowledge of high-speed digital PCB design.

2.Experience with multi-layer PCB design, including power planes, ground planes, and stack-up optimization.

3.Familiarity with embedded systems PCB design.

4.Understanding of communication protocol implementations at PCB level.

5.Hands-on experience with DFM/DFT (Design for Manufacturability/Testing) and working with PCB fabrication/assembly vendors.

6.Proficiency in lab equipment for validation (oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, network analyzers).

7.Translate technical specifications from device datasheets into efficient circuit layouts, ensuring all electrical constraints and performance requirements are met.

The Role Expectation

Tech Lead

Duties & Responsibilities

Candidate will be responsible for the architectural design, development and continuous improvement of the software and development process. The system involves real-time quote fetching and policy issuance with a deep integration with different insurance company systems.

Work Experience & Skills

• Strong experience in architecting and developing full-stack software systems.
• 5-7 years of hands-on experience in developing complex, large scale full stack consumer-facing responsive web products.
• Must have experience in Java and at least one Web framework such as Laravel / Django / CodeIgnitor and preferably with at least one JS framework like NodeJS, AngularJS or VueJS.
• Good exposure to few middleware technology tools such as application servers (nGinx, Apache, Tomcat), message queues (Gearman, ActiveMQ, Rabbit MQ, Kafka) etc..
• Experience in SOA architecture, micro services and scalable web-services (SOAP & REST) are mandatory.
• Good command & experience on database concepts like RDBMS, NoSQL, data modelling, data normalization etc.
• Prior knowledge of technical documentation techniques like UML diagrams, flow charts, sequence diagram, interaction diagrams etc. is must for the role.
• Experience with Elastic infrastructure solutions / deployment (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Mesos) and CI/CD systems such as Jenkins is required.
• Exposure to Agile & Scrum processes with experience as Scrum Master on Jira or Rally or similar tools is desired.
• Past record of handling cloud hosting services of Amazon, Google or MS Azure for engineering deployments.
