Working as a Business Development Specialist at Navtech, you will:


  1. Prospect, identify, and qualify potential clients within the Indian market who is in need of ERP solutions or digitize their business.
  2. Conduct outbound calls, emails, lead generation and other outreach efforts to initiate conversations with decision-makers.
  3. Conduct sales/product presentations to prospective customers by coalescing with stakeholders/product heads.

Who Are We Looking For Exactly?


  1. Bachelor's or Master’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  2. Excellent communication skills to effectively present findings to stakeholders. Languages (Excellent English speaking and writing skills. Any regional speaking language like Telugu/Hindi is preferred.)
  3. Proven experience in ERP/CRM/SAAS/IT Sales, preferably B2B.
  4. Persistent mentality with a demonstrated ability to visit, prospect, and close deals.
  5. Communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport and connect with potential clients.
  6. Market research & Go to market attitude.
