Responsibilities: · Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and drive qualified traffic to our front door · Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution · Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels – content creation, content curation, content writing, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis, and much more · Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups · Ability to create and write proposals/collaterals. · Take ownership of company brochure i.e. presentations and further customize it as per prospect requirements · Maintain the relevant database of the targeted verticals. · Must have experience in the Product engineering services offerings catering to the US and EU market. · Good understanding of US English/ Time zones and overall US geography · Ability to create and manage newsletters/ marketing campaigns · Must have experience with Campaign Tools and ability to design the campaigns · Must be able to do SWOT analysis of competition. · Ability to present in trade shows and set-up meetings with the prospects · Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals · Ability to think creatively and innovatively · Excellent communication skills

MUST have: - 8+ years of experience in ATL Marketing - Has worked in a FMCG, Consumer Durables, or Television- GEC/Sports/Youth channels, etc with exposure to 3600 marketing communications approach - Understands media planning concepts including GRPs, CPRPs, TVR, OTS, Reach, Frequency, etc. - Can evaluate Pre and Post media campaigns and derive actionable learnings. - Drive Media and sponsorship innovations BONUS: - Love sports (especially cricket and football) and gaming
