Windowseat Agency

Act as the primary liaison between the agency and clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.

Understand client business objectives, marketing goals, and brand requirements to translate them into actionable briefs.

Manage end-to-end execution of campaigns across digital, print, OOH, social media, influencer, and experiential platforms.

Collaborate with creative, strategy, and media teams to deliver campaigns that meet client expectations.

Prepare and present proposals, campaign reports, and performance reviews.

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling agency services.

Handle client escalations with professionalism and problem-solving skills.

Keep track of industry trends, competitor activities, and innovations to advise clients with fresh ideas.

Creative & Art Direction

• Define and drive the visual style, tone, and overall artistic direction across projects.
• Develop moodboards, style references, and design treatments aligned with brand identity and campaign objectives.
• Collaborate with creative directors, producers, and directors to bring storyboards and visual concepts to life.
• Oversee set design, props, styling, and visual aesthetics for all production outputs.
• Ensure consistency in visual tone and quality across multiple projects and formats.

• Supporting the Executive Creative Director and the Creative Team with the development of concepts,

strategies, and client presentations.

• Bring an ability to think and understand copy

• Directing the design and development of creative materials.

• Ensuring brand identity and message consistency across channels.

• Keeping up with the latest trends, strategies, and technologies.

JD:

• Supporting the Executive Creative Director and the Creative Team with the development of concepts,

strategies, and client presentations.

• Lead projects completely from concept to execution on various brands

• Managing and supervising multiple projects and teams.

• Bring an ability to think and understand copy

• Ensuring resources are allocated according to project needs.

• Directing the design and development of creative materials.

• Ensuring brand identity and message consistency across channels.

• Meeting client objectives, values, budgets, and deadlines.

• Leading and participating in brainstorming sessions.

• Keeping up with the latest trends, strategies, and technologies.

• Evaluating creative team performance and guiding improvements.

Profile:

• BFA or BDes Graduate is a must have.

• Illustrative skills along with knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is critical.

• Conceptual Thinking and illustration skills are of great value to us!

• Experience across Brand Design, Packaging, Print, Social-media and Typography will be of great

advantage.

• Understanding of FMCG, Retail, QSR, Real Estate categories will be a definite good to have.

• Should have proven experience of running successful campaigns across multiple media channels

• Ability to nurture and build innovative thinking culture in the organisation

• Ability to think and understand copy

• Proven experience of having worked with copywriters and other production departments.

• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders within the organisation and also with clients.
