About the job
The ideal candidate is a creative team player, talented wordsmith, and grammar sleuth. You will be responsible
for developing marketing and communications content that will separate us from the crowd. Someone who will
craft the written language that brings a brand's vision to life.
Responsibilities
• Bring an ability to understand brand briefs, tonality and communication structure of the brand.
• This includes creating compelling messaging for various touchpoints, from website copy and social
media posts to advertising materials and internal communications.
• Build trust, foster emotional connections, and drive conversions by effectively communicating the
brand's message.
• Be an important part of Windowseat’s collaborative culture and work with cross functional teams.
• Collaborate with graphic designers to ensure that the written content and visual design work together
harmoniously.
• Crafting compelling and engaging posts for social media platforms, maintaining brand consistency and
promoting engagement.
• Developing memorable and impactful taglines and slogans that capture the essence of the brand.
• Present ideas to clients clearly and effectively.
• Obsessed with grammar and proofreading.
• Stay abreast with the current industry trends.
Qualifications
• Should have 2-6 years of experience working as a copywriter with Branding And/or advertising agency
• A Bachelor's degree in fields such as Journalism, Communications, English, Marketing, or a related
discipline is the minimum requirement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of written and verbal skills in a regional languages will be an advantage.
• Additional skills like SEO knowledge and familiarity with digital marketing tools are also advantageous.

- Define and drive the visual style, tone, and overall artistic direction across projects.
- Develop moodboards, style references, and design treatments aligned with brand identity and campaign objectives.

advantage.
• Understanding of FMCG, Retail, QSR, Real Estate categories will be a definite good to have.
• Should have proven experience of running successful campaigns across multiple media channels
• Ability to nurture and build innovative thinking culture in the organisation

• Proven experience of having worked with copywriters and other production departments.
