About the Role
We’re looking for a dynamic Client Servicing Director to lead our client relationships and drive business growth. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building strong partnerships, leading teams, and translating brand goals into impactful creative and strategic outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Leadership:
- Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring trust, transparency, and long-term partnerships.
- Understand clients’ business goals and proactively identify growth opportunities.
- Strategic Oversight:
- Work closely with strategy, creative, and media teams to develop integrated marketing campaigns that meet client objectives.
- Translate client briefs into actionable strategies and ensure alignment across departments.
- Team Management:
- Lead and mentor the client servicing team to deliver high-quality work on time and within budget.
- Drive team performance, morale, and professional growth.
- Business Development:
- Identify new business opportunities with existing and potential clients.
- Participate in pitches and proposal development.
- Operational Excellence:
- Oversee account profitability and ensure efficient resource allocation.
- Manage timelines, approvals, and budgets to maintain smooth workflow.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in client servicing, account management, or brand management in an advertising or creative agency.
- Proven experience leading large accounts and cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of branding, digital, and integrated marketing communications.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strategic thinker with a passion for creativity and measurable impact.

Creative & Art Direction
- Define and drive the visual style, tone, and overall artistic direction across projects.
- Develop moodboards, style references, and design treatments aligned with brand identity and campaign objectives.
- Collaborate with creative directors, producers, and directors to bring storyboards and visual concepts to life.
- Oversee set design, props, styling, and visual aesthetics for all production outputs.
- Ensure consistency in visual tone and quality across multiple projects and formats.

• Evaluating creative team performance and guiding improvements.
Profile:
• BFA or BDes Graduate is a must have.
• Illustrative skills along with knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is critical.
• Conceptual Thinking and illustration skills are of great value to us!
• Experience across Brand Design, Packaging, Print, Social-media and Typography will be of great
advantage.
• Understanding of FMCG, Retail, QSR, Real Estate categories will be a definite good to have.
• Should have proven experience of running successful campaigns across multiple media channels
• Ability to nurture and build innovative thinking culture in the organisation
• Ability to think and understand copy
• Proven experience of having worked with copywriters and other production departments.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders within the organisation and also with clients.
