Act as the primary liaison between the agency and clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
Understand client business objectives, marketing goals, and brand requirements to translate them into actionable briefs.
Manage end-to-end execution of campaigns across digital, print, OOH, social media, influencer, and experiential platforms.
Collaborate with creative, strategy, and media teams to deliver campaigns that meet client expectations.
Prepare and present proposals, campaign reports, and performance reviews.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling agency services.
Handle client escalations with professionalism and problem-solving skills.
Keep track of industry trends, competitor activities, and innovations to advise clients with fresh ideas.
About the Role
We’re looking for a dynamic Client Servicing Director to lead our client relationships and drive business growth. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building strong partnerships, leading teams, and translating brand goals into impactful creative and strategic outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Leadership:
- Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring trust, transparency, and long-term partnerships.
- Understand clients’ business goals and proactively identify growth opportunities.

- Work closely with strategy, creative, and media teams to develop integrated marketing campaigns that meet client objectives.

Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in client servicing, account management, or brand management in an advertising or creative agency.
- Proven experience leading large accounts and cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of branding, digital, and integrated marketing communications.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strategic thinker with a passion for creativity and measurable impact.

• Experience across Brand Design, Packaging, Print, Social-media and Typography will be of great
advantage.
• Understanding of FMCG, Retail, QSR, Real Estate categories will be a definite good to have.
• Should have proven experience of running successful campaigns across multiple media channels
• Ability to nurture and build innovative thinking culture in the organisation
• Ability to think and understand copy
• Proven experience of having worked with copywriters and other production departments.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders within the organisation and also with clients.
