As Manager-Business Development, you will be responsible for business development in the India Market. Will be responsible for identifying new opportunities to expand markets and drive business growth while also enabling increased revenue from current accounts. We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Specialist to take ownership of our brand’s digital presence. In this role, you will be the voice of our brand across social media, websites, and marketing campaigns. Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management & Content Creation
- Create, curate, and manage high-quality visual content (photos, reels, stories) for Instagram, Facebook, and other social media and digital platforms.
- Develop a cohesive content calendar that showcases brand, services, stylist expertise, client transformations, and behind-the-scenes moments.
- Post regular content optimized for maximum reach and engagement.
- Actively monitor and respond to comments, DMs, and engagement across all social platforms to foster community and handle enquiries.
Content Marketing & Website Management
- Write and publish SEO-friendly blogs, service descriptions, and promotional copy.
- Manage and maintain the brand website, ensuring content is up-to-date, visually appealing, and user-friendly.
- Produce video content (tutorials, testimonials, event highlights) for various marketing channels.
Campaigns & Advertising
- Ideate and execute marketing campaigns aligned with seasonal trends, new service launches, and festive periods.

Requirements
